The Roman Catholic Diocese of Surabaya (Latin : Dioecesis Surabayana) is a suffragan Latin diocese, located on Java island, in Indonesia and administers parishes in the northern and western parts of East Java province.

Its episcopal see is at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Surabaya.

The diocese is currently in the period of sede vacante , as its former Bishop, Mgr. Vincentius Sutikno Wisaksono died on 10 August 2023, which left the bishopric throne vacant.

He held the position from 29 June 2007, replacing John Sudiarna Hadiwikarta who died on 13 December 2003, creating a vacancy. His motto as a bishop was "Ego veni ut vitam habeant, et abundantius habeant.", which means "I have come that they may have life and have it in all its abundance".
