The album reached 8th on the VG-lista chart, and netted a Spellemannsprisen award to 120 Days for best rock album of the year. [5] 65 Norwegian music critics voted 120 Days album of the year, ahead of Tom Waits' Orphans: Brawlers, Bawlers & Bastards and Joanna Newsom's Ys . [6]

Marit Elisabeth Larsen is a Norwegian singer and songwriter. She began playing violin at age of 5 and played it until the age of 8. She gained international fame during her teenage years as a member of the pop duo M2M with childhood friend Marion Raven. She then pursued her own music career, releasing her debut solo album Under the Surface in 2006. Her second album, The Chase, was released in Norway in October 2008. Her third album, titled Spark was released in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland on 18 November 2011, and in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on 16 December 2011. Her fourth studio album When the Morning Comes was released on 20 October 2014. Larsen toured in its support within Norway with her own concerts, played songs from the album in Germany and Switzerland at public festivals and was the opening act at two of Johannes Oerding's concerts in November 2015.

Keiino

Keiino is a Norwegian supergroup consisting of Sámi rapper Fred Buljo and singers Alexandra Rotan and Tom Hugo. The group was created in late 2018 in preparation for the participation in Melodi Grand Prix 2019., they won the contest and so were selected to represent Norway in the 2019 Eurovision Contest, coming in 7th in the semifinals, and 6th in the final.

Girl in Red Norwegian singer-songwriter

Girl in Red is the indie pop music project of Norwegian singer-songwriter and record producer Marie Ulven. She rose to prominence with her homemade bedroom pop songs about queer romance and mental health featured on the early EPs Chapter 1 (2018) and Chapter 2 (2019). Her debut studio album If I Could Make It Go Quiet, was released through AWAL on 30 April 2021.
