Architecturally, it is noted for its dramatic upper-level setbacks that were inspired by the 1923 skyscraper zoning laws. Geographically, it is known as one of the four 1920s flanks of the Michigan Avenue Bridge that are contributing properties to the Michigan–Wacker Historic District, which is a U.S. Registered Historic District.

Park Tower at Transbay is a 43-story, 605-foot (184 m) office skyscraper in San Francisco, California. The tower is located on Block 5 of the San Francisco Transbay development plan at the corner of Beale and Howard Streets, near the Transbay Transit Center. The tower contains 743,000 square feet (69,000 m2) of office space. The entire office space has been leased by Facebook.

110 North Wacker, also known as the Bank of America Tower, is a 57-floor Chicago skyscraper located at 110 North Wacker Drive. It was developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation and Riverside Investment & Development. It was designed by Goettsch Partners with construction by Clark Construction. Structural engineering was by Thornton Tomasetti. A topping-out ceremony was held in September 2019 and the building officially opened in on October 14, 2020.
