Try This is the third studio album by American singer Pink, released on November 11, 2003, by Arista Records. Wanting to expand more on the rock sound, which she explored on her previous record, Missundaztood, for Try This Pink collaborated with punk band Rancid's singer and guitarist Tim Armstrong, and reunited with Linda Perry, who produced most of the Missundaztood album. Susanna Lee Hoffs is an American singer, guitarist, songwriter and actress best known as a co-founder of the pop-rock band The Bangles. Hoffs founded The Bangles in 1981 with Debbi and Vicki Peterson. They released their first full length album All Over the Place on Columbia Records in 1984. Hoffs started a solo career after The Bangles disbanded in 1989. She released her first solo album, When You're a Boy, in 1991. She later formed the faux British 1960s band Ming Tea with Mike Myers and Matthew Sweet.

Oral Fixation, Vol. 2 is the seventh studio album and second English-language album by Colombian singer-songwriter Shakira, released on 28 November 2005, by Epic Records. After attaining international success with her fifth studio effort, Laundry Service (2001), Shakira decided to create a two-part follow-up record. She released the project as the follow-up to her sixth studio effort, Fijación Oral, Vol. 1, with which she had attained international success five months prior. As co-producer, Shakira enlisted producers including previous collaborators Gustavo Cerati, Lester Mendez, Luis Fernando Ochoa and Rick Rubin to work alongside newer partners Jerry Duplessis, Wyclef Jean, Tim Mitchell and The Matrix.

She has lived in Stockholm, Sweden, since 2001, where she writes, records, and runs her own label.

Agnes Emilia Carlsson, known mononymously as Agnes, is a Swedish recording artist and songwriter. She rose to fame as the winner of Idol 2005, the second season of the Swedish Idol series. She was then signed to Sony Music, through which she released her self-titled debut album, Agnes, and follow-up, Stronger, both of which topped the Swedish Top 60 Albums Chart. In early 2008, it was announced that Agnes had parted ways with her record label, and was now signed to small independent label Roxy Recordings. Released on 28 October 2008, her third album, Dance Love Pop, reached number five in Sweden, 70 in Austria, 38 in France, 45 in Switzerland and 13 in the United Kingdom. With 200,000 albums sold worldwide this is her most successful album, 50,000 albums were sold in France, 40,000 in Sweden. Its first two singles, "On and On" and "Release Me" became international hits, reaching the top-ten in charts worldwide. Records in the United States. The album received favorable reviews, and reached the number one position on album charts in Denmark, Norway, and Switzerland. Jill Anna Maria Johnson is a Swedish country and pop singer, songwriter and TV-host. She performed in the Melodifestivalen 1998 contest, winning with the song "Kärleken är", and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 with that song, which finished 10th with 53 points. In 2003 she entered Melodifestivalen for the second time with "Crazy in Love", which finished fourth in the final. She also hosted the final of Melodifestivalen 2005. Coco is the debut studio album by American singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat. The album was released on July 17, 2007 in the United States, debuting at number five on the US Billboard 200, selling 51,000 copies in its first week. It also became Caillat's best-selling album to date, selling 2,100,000 copies in the United States and over 3,000,000 copies around the world. Caillat supported the album with the Coco World Tour, as well as four singles. The lead single "Bubbly" was a huge international hit, while the following two singles "Realize" and "The Little Things" were minor hits. "Somethin' Special" was released as a promo support the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China and the 2009 film Bride Wars.

Changing of the Seasons is the fourth studio album by Norwegian singer-songwriter Ane Brun, released on 12 March 2008 in Norway and Sweden, 14 October 2008 in the US, and on 2 February 2009 in the UK. The album became her breakthrough record outside of Scandinavia when the bonus track "True Colors", a cover of the 1985 Cyndi Lauper song, was used in a television advertisement for Sky+ HD in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The other bonus track is a cover of Alphaville's 1984 hit single "Big in Japan", recorded as part of the soundtrack for the Swedish TV documentary programme Stor i Japan. The version of the album with the two bonus tracks was released in Europe on 7 December 2008 and in the UK in February 2009. The French release of the album on 12 October 2009 contained a third bonus track, a version in French of "Koop Island Blues", a song Brun originally recorded in 2006 with Swedish jazz group Koop.

The Singles Collection is the second greatest hits album by American singer Britney Spears. It was released on November 10, 2009, through Jive Records to commemorate her ten-year anniversary since entering the music industry. The compilation was released in many different formats, including a one-disc edition, a CD+DVD edition and a box set, which contained twenty-nine singles, each packaged in its own slip case with original cover art. The CD+DVD edition, as well as the box set, contains a DVD with Spears's music videos. The album includes a new song, "3", produced by Max Martin and Shellback.

Talk That Talk is the sixth studio album by Barbadian singer Rihanna, released on November 18, 2011, by Def Jam Recordings and SRP Records. It was recorded while traveling for the Loud Tour between February and November 2011, and was originally planned to be a reissue of her previous studio album Loud (2010). As executive producer, Rihanna enlisted a wide range of producers including Alex da Kid, Calvin Harris, Chase & Status, No I.D., and Stargate to achieve her desired sound. Following in the same vein as Loud, Talk That Talk is a dance-oriented pop/R&B crossover album that incorporates elements of hip hop, dubstep, electronic and house music. The album also contains subtle dancehall influences, whilst its lyrical content and themes revolve around a nihilistic, romantic and lascivious lover.

It All Starts with One is the sixth studio album by Norwegian singer-songwriter Ane Brun, released in the UK on 24 October 2011 and in the US on 1 November 2011. The album was released as a standard single CD with ten tracks, or as a two-disc "deluxe edition" on both CD and vinyl, with an additional eight tracks on the second CD and five tracks on the second vinyl disc. The track "Worship" features guest vocals from José González.

Believe Acoustic is the third remix album by Canadian singer Justin Bieber. It was released on January 29, 2013 through Island Records as the follow-up to his second remix album Never Say Never: The Remixes (2011).
