University of Northwestern (UNW) is a private Christian university in Roseville, Minnesota. It was established in 1902 as Northwestern Bible and Missionary Training School by William Bell Riley, a pastor at First Baptist Church of Minneapolis. Prior to July 1, 2013 the school was called Northwestern College. UNW also owns a chain of radio stations across the Midwest and Eastern United States, broadcasting listener-supported Christian music and teaching programs. Noted evangelist Billy Graham served as the school's second president from 1948 to 1952.

The National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) is an association of Christian universities, colleges, and Bible colleges in the United States whose mission is "the promotion and enhancement of intercollegiate athletic competition with a Christian perspective". The national headquarters is located in Greenville, South Carolina. The NCCAA was formed in 1968. For the 2021–2022 season, the NCCAA listed 90 members, 53 of which participate in Division I and 37 in Division II. Many teams in the NCCAA are also in other athletics associations, including NCAA, NAIA, and ACCA.
Concordia University Ann Arbor (CUAA) is a campus of Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW). Its 187-acre (76 ha) campus sits on the banks of the Huron River, about ten minutes outside downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. Concordia is affiliated with the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS) and is a college of the Concordia University System. CUAA merged with Concordia University Wisconsin in 2013.

Kentucky Christian University (KCU) is a private Christian university in Grayson, Kentucky. It was founded on December 1, 1919, as Christian Normal Institute, by J. W. Lusby and J. O. Snodgrass. As a "normal school" its programs included a high school, a junior college, and a training program for public school teachers. During the early 1920s its emphasis shifted to educating students for the Christian ministry. Degree programs are offered in six schools within the university: the Sack School of Bible and Ministry, the School of Business, the Keeran School of Education, the School of Distance and General Education, the Yancey School of Nursing, and the School of Social Work and Human Services.
Central Baptist College (CBC) is a private Baptist college in Conway, Arkansas. CBC was founded in 1952 as Conway Baptist College, using the former campus of Central College, defunct since 1947. It awards both associate and bachelor's degrees. Enrollment is at 470 for traditional students with a 55% to 45% male to female ratio and over 200 non-traditional PACE Students. The college employs 560 employees across all of its locations. Students are required to live on campus their freshman year. Varsity sports teams compete in the National Christian College Athletic Association and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Chapel services are required once weekly for all full-time students.

It serves as host for the NCAA Softball National Championship.

The Union University Bulldogs are the athletic teams that represent Union University, located in Jackson, Tennessee, in intercollegiate sports as a member of the NCAA Division II level, primarily competing in the Gulf South Conference (GSC) since the 2012–13 academic year. They were also a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA), primarily competing as an independent in the Mid-East Region of the Division I level. The Bulldogs previously competed in the defunct TranSouth Athletic Conference of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) from 1996–97 to 2011–12. Union began the three-year transition to full NCAA Division II membership in 2011.
