Frank Tsamoutales (born May 1, 1960) is an American lobbyist and business consultant from Florida. He is the President, Chairman, and CEO of Tsamoutales Strategies. [1]
Tsamoutales graduated from Melbourne Central Catholic High School in 1978, and earned a BS from Florida State University in 1982, concentrating in Government and Communications. [2]
Tsamoutales was a campus coordinator for George Bush's 1980 campaign at Florida State University in Tallahassee. [ citation needed ] He was a Co-Chairman of the National Finance Committee for the presidential campaigns of Ronald Reagan, [3] George H. W. Bush, [4] and Mike Huckabee.[ citation needed ] He also held leadership positions on the finance committee for all three of Jeb Bush's Florida Governor campaigns, [5] Bob Martinez's Florida Governor Campaign, [5] Tom Gallahager's for Florida Governor Campaign, Marco Rubio for US Senate, Bill Posey for US Congress and Daniel Webster for US Congress campaigns, as well as the Mike Haridopolos for the Florida House and Florida Senate campaigns.[ citation needed ]
Tsamoutales served on the RTCA special committee responsible for the establishment of aviation-related security standards. [6] Appointed by two Governors, he served on the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, the Technological Research and Development Authority [7] and the former Florida Department of Commerce Economic Development Commission. [6] He was also named one of the 100 most powerful people on the nations space coast. [8]
Tsamoutales was the only non-Polish advisor to Lech Walesa's successful campaign for President of Poland in 1990. [3] He served as Chairman of HuckPac, a national political action committee chaired by Mike Huckabee in 2010. [5]
Internationally, he has represented US corporations [3] and negotiated on their behalf privatization agreements in the aviation, transportation, and maritime industries in Poland, then-East Germany, the Netherlands, and Hungary.[ citation needed ] Domestically, Tsamoutales has worked with ABM Industries, BJ's Wholesale Club, Honeywell International, Inc., Kamylon Holdings, KTA-Tator, Inc., SitelogIQ, Inc., Tensor Engineering and Transformative Healthcare before federal, state and local government as well as leading business development. Tsamoutales married Kimberly Hill, daughter of former Orlando Magic Coach Brian Hill. [9] [1] His wife suffers from cystic fibrosis and is active in supporting related causes and foundations. [9] [1]
Michael Dale Huckabee is an American Baptist minister, political commentator, and former politician who served as the 44th governor of Arkansas from 1996 to 2007. He was a candidate for the Republican Party presidential nomination in both 2008 and 2016.
Edward Walter Gillespie is an American politician, strategist, and lobbyist who served as the 61st Chair of the Republican National Committee from 2003 to 2005 and was counselor to the President from 2007 to 2009 during the Presidency of George W. Bush. In 2012 Gillespie was a senior member of the Mitt Romney presidential campaign.

Melvin Floyd Sembler is an American former diplomat who was the United States Ambassador to Italy (2001–2005), and Ambassador to Australia and Nauru (1989–1993). He has also served as chairman of the board of the Sembler Company, which develops and manages shopping centers, and co-founder of Straight, Inc., a controversial drug-treatment center. Sembler is the chairman of the Scooter Libby Legal Defense Trust, and was a co-chair of the Florida Finance Committee for Mitt Romney.

Louis Frey Jr. was an American lawyer and politician who served as a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from 1969 until 1979.
