[1] Secondary sources[ citation needed ] such as Complete City Guide of Hong Kong 2018, however, list the church as located in the Ma Tau Wai area. [5] Sub-district level areas of Hong Kong usually[ weasel words ] have no legally defined boundaries. Kowloon City District is the district where Kowloon City, Ma Tau Chung and Ma Tau Wai are located, among other areas.

Ma Tau Chung is an area in Kowloon, Hong Kong, west of Ma Tau Kok and east of Ma Tau Wai. It was named after a creek which originated in Quarry Hill emptying into Kowloon Bay. The village of Ma Tau Chung stood on its banks near the river mouth near the Sacred Hill.

Paul Kwong CStJ is a retired Anglican bishop from Hong Kong, who served as Archbishop and Primate of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, Bishop of Hong Kong Island, and Bishop of Macau from 2007 to 2021. Kwong is also the current chair of the Anglican Consultative Council, as the first sitting primate to lead an ACC meeting. Kwong is also a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) taking a pro-Beijing stance.

All Saints' Church, then consecrated cathedral on 31 October 2010, was established in 1891, making it one of the oldest Anglican churches in Hong Kong. Incumbent bishop, Andrew Chan, was elected on 26 June 2011 and consecrated on 25 March 2012 to replace the outgoing bishop, Thomas Soo.
