Hyaena Gallery is located in Burbank, California with a specialty in macabre, low-brow and outsider art.

Owner Bill Shafer began the gallery in 2006 [1] and has since won accolades for Best Darks Arts Gallery (2011) and Best Spooky Emporium (2012) [2] as well as received national attention for celebrity related shows such as for Charlie Sheen in 2011, [3] internationally artist participated tribute shows [4] [5] [6] and hosting unique museum exhibits, including one for the late Rozz Williams curated by A Raven Above Press. [7] [8]

The Hyaena Gallery is notable for its permanent exhibition of horror related film pieces and artwork made by serial killers as well as the largest collection of work by artist and musician Gidget Gein. [9] Shafer curates to "highlight what I think is truly valuable, not just what is perceived as valuable because it is a current trend." [10]

<i>Two and a Half Men</i> (season 1) Season of television series

The first season of Two and a Half Men, an American television sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Lee Aronsohn, aired its pilot episode on September 22, 2003, at 9:30 p.m., ET/PT, on CBS, a U.S. broadcast television network. The pilot received positive reviews and an Artios Award nomination for Best Casting for TV, Comedy Pilot. In the week of October 1, 2003, the series was ranked 7th highest in the top ten shows of the week according to Nielsen Research, with an average 12.1/18 rating. Thanks to this, the series was able to air another 23 episodes, and was renewed for a second season in 2004. The DVD set was released on Region 2 on September 12, 2005, and on Region 1 on September 11, 2007. Its bonus material included: a blooper, outtakes, a backstage tour with Angus T. Jones and a behind-the-scenes special, with the cast and crew of Two and a Half Men.

12 Inches of Sin is a globally recognized annual art exhibition based in Las Vegas, which since its inception in 2010, has focused on exploring facets of human identity, sexuality, gender, and artistic expression. The exhibition accepts a wide range of art forms such as paintings, photographs, digital art, sculpture, illustration, mixed media and short films, all adhering to a specific rule: each piece should not exceed 12 inches in any dimension. Out of all submissions, 36 artists are selected by a panel of 12 esteemed judges. To date, artists from 26 countries have participated in this exhibition.
