The Israeli Basketball Premier League MVP, or Israeli Basketball Super League MVP, is an annual basketball award that is presented to the most valuable player in a given season of the Israeli Basketball Premier League, which is the top-tier level professional basketball league in Israel.

The 2019–20 Israeli Basketball Premier League, for sponsorship reasons Ligat Winner, was the 66th season of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. On 13 March 2020, the league was suspended because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The league resumed behind closed doors on 21 June 2020 in a different format.

The 2020–21 Israeli Basketball Premier League, for sponsorship reasons Ligat Winner, was the 67th season of the Israeli Basketball Premier League.

The 2021–22 Israeli Basketball Premier League, for sponsorship reasons Ligat Winner, was the 68th season of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. The league started on October 2, 2021.

The 2022–23 Israeli Basketball Premier League, for sponsorship reasons Ligat Winner, is the 69th season of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. The league started on 7 October 2022.
