The Nebraska State League (NSL) was an American professional minor league baseball league with five incarnations between 1892 and 1959. The Nebraska State League formed five times: in 1892, from 1910 to 1915, from 1922 to 1923, from 1928 to 1938 and from 1956 to 1959. League teams were based in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and South Dakota. The 1892 league was a Class B level league, and the league was a Class D level league in all subsequent seasons.

The Central League was a minor league baseball league that operated sporadically in 1900, from 1903–1917, 1920–1922, 1926, 1928–1930, 1934, and 1948–1951. In 1926, the league merged mid-season with the Michigan State League and played under that name for the remainder of the season. The Central League later reformed in 1928.

The Latrobe Football Club is an Australian rules football club based in the town of Latrobe in northern Tasmania. The club competed in the North West Football Union throughout the competition's entire existence from 1910 until 1986, and has competed in its successor, the North West Football League, since 1987. Latrobe was one of the most successful NWFU clubs, and its tally of 12 premierships is a joint record shared with Burnie and Ulverstone. It was the only club to win four successive NWFU premierships, achieved from 1969 to 1972. In 2013, it became the first Tasmanian club outside of the State League to be inducted into the Tasmanian Football Hall of Fame.

The 1910 VFL Grand Final was an Australian rules football game contested between the Collingwood Football Club and Carlton Football Club, held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne on 1 October 1910. It was the 13th annual Grand Final of the Victorian Football League, staged to determine the premiers for the 1910 VFL season. The match, attended by 42,790 spectators, was won by Collingwood by a margin of 14 points, marking that club's third premiership victory.

The 1910 Victorian Football Association season was the 34th season of the Australian rules football competition. The premiership was won by the North Melbourne Football Club, after it defeated Brunswick by 29 points in the Grand Final on 8 October. It was the third premiership won by the club, and the first since it was reformed after briefly ceasing to exist in 1908.

The 1911 Victorian Football Association season was the 35th season of the Australian rules football competition. The premiership was won by the Essendon (Association) Football Club, after it defeated Brunswick by eight points in a rain-affected Grand Final on 23 September. It was the first premiership won by the club, and it came after having finished second on the ladder in three consecutive seasons without playing in the final match.

The 1912 Victorian Football Association season was the 36th season of the Australian rules football competition. The premiership was won for the second consecutive time by the Essendon (Association) Football Club, after it defeated Footscray in the Grand Final by 21 points on 28 September. It was the club's second and last VFA premiership.

Nancy Lyle was a female tennis player from the United Kingdom who was active in the 1930s. She was also known by her married name Nancy Lyle Glover.

The 1910 SAFL Grand Final was an Australian rules football championship match. Port Adelaide beat Sturt 60 to 41 to claim the 1910 SAFL season premiership.
