Caulfield Grammar School and Malvern Memorial Grammar School (amalgamated with Caulfield in 1961), has had many notable students and staff. Alumni of the school are known as "Caulfield Grammarians" and are supported by the Caulfield Grammarians' Association. [1]

Major General Alan Bishop Stretton, was a senior Australian Army officer. He came to public prominence through his work in charge of cleanup efforts at Darwin in the aftermath of Cyclone Tracy on Christmas Day 1974. As head of the National Disasters Organisation he managed the evacuation of 35,000 people in six days, including loading a jumbo jet with 673 passengers, mostly children, then a record for the most people aloft in the one aircraft.

Caulfield Grammar School is a private, co-educational, Anglican, International Baccalaureate, day and boarding school, located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Founded in 1881 as a boys' school, Caulfield Grammar began admitting girls exactly one hundred years later. The school amalgamated with Malvern Memorial Grammar School (MMGS) in 1961, with the MMGS campus becoming Malvern Campus.

John Schultz is a former Australian rules footballer who represented Footscray in the Victorian Football League (VFL) between 1958 and 1968.

Andrew McQualter is an Australian rules footballer who played 89 games for the St Kilda Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was also on the Gold Coast Football Club rookie list. He served as the caretaker senior coach at the Richmond Football Club, since Damien Hardwick stepped down in May 2023.
