This is a list of Georgian administrative divisions ( mkhare ) by GDP as of 2022. This also includes Adjara, a historical, geographic and political-administrative region of Georgia, and Tbilisi, the capital and largest city. There is no data for the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia available.

The town is situated on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus, within the Greater Liakhvi Gorge, 1,040 m (3,412 ft) above sea level.

A raion is a type of administrative unit of several post-Soviet states. The term is used for both a type of subnational entity and a division of a city. The word is from the French rayon, and is commonly translated as "district" in English.

The Boris Paitchadze Dinamo Arena, formerly known as Boris Paitchadze National Stadium, is a stadium in Tbilisi, Georgia, and the home stadium of Dinamo Tbilisi, Georgia national rugby union team and Georgia national football team. With a capacity of 54,202, the stadium is the largest in Georgia. Built in 1976 by the Georgian architect Gia Kurdiani, the Dinamo Arena was named Vladimir Ilyich Lenin Dinamo Stadium after Russian Communist leader but later, in 1995 was renamed Boris Paitchadze National Stadium after the famous Georgian football player Boris Paichadze (1915–1990). Prior to the construction of Boris Paitchadze Dinamo Arena, the home stadium of Dinamo Tbilisi was the Central Stadium with an approximate capacity of 35,000 spectators. The demand for a much bigger stadium was increased with the successful performance of Dinamo Tbilisi in the mid 1970s. After the inauguration of the stadium, it became the third-largest in the Soviet Union, with a capacity of 74,354 spectators.

Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti is a region (Mkhare) in western Georgia with a population of 308,358 (2021) and a surface of 7,468 km2 (2,883 sq mi). The region has Zugdidi as its administrative center, while Giorgi Guguchia is governor of the region since June 2021. Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti is compiled of the historical Georgian provinces of Samegrelo (Mingrelia) and Zemo Svaneti.

The European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia is an unarmed peacekeeping mission operated by the European Union in Georgia. EUMM was conceived in September 2008 following the EU-mediated ceasefire agreement, which ended the Russo-Georgian War. The mission has around 200 monitors from various EU member states and operates with an annual budget of roughly 18 million Euros. Its headquarters are in Tbilisi, with field offices in Gori, Mtskheta and Zugdidi.

Tavadi was a feudal title in Georgia first applied in the Late Middle Ages usually translated in English as Prince and Duke. The title was designated for dynastic princes who were heads of families, akin to mtavari who had a higher standing.

Georgia-Imeretia Governorate was a short-lived governorate (guberniya) of the Caucasus Viceroyalty of the Russian Empire, administered from Tiflis (Tbilisi). The 1990 Georgia lieutenant gubernatorial election was held on November 6, 1990, to elect the lieutenant governor of Georgia, concurrently with the 1990 gubernatorial election, as well as elections to the United States Senate and elections to the United States House of Representatives and various state and local elections. Georgia is one of 21 states that elects its lieutenant governor separately from its governor.
