MAD Architects (sometimes referred to as MAD) is a global design practice led by founder Ma Yansong, and partners Dang Qun, and Yosuke Hayano. MAD Architects boldly challenges conventions in thought, action, and spirit by pushing the boundaries of architecture, urbanism, interior and product design, fashion, and art. With offices located in Los Angeles, Rome, and Beijing, MAD's strength and inspiration comes from a team of over 150 architects and designers from 15+ countries representing all walks of life from every corner of the world.

Ma Yansong ; is the principal architect and founder of MAD Architects, a global design practice with offices located in Los Angeles, Rome, and Beijing. Renowned for his bold designs, Ma has led MAD in the creation many significant structures around the world, including the Lucas Museum of Narrative Arts, Harbin Opera House, Quzhou Stadium, FENIX Museum, The Yue Cheng Courtyard Kindergarten, Jiaxing Train Station, Shenzhen Bay Culture Park and the Tunnel of Light. His design approach emphasizes a harmonious integration of urban landscapes, natural elements, and human experiences.

Bingyi, is a Chinese artist, curator, scholar, architectural designer, cultural critic and activist.

Rocco Design Architects Associates Limited, led by Rocco Yim, is a design architectural practice based in Hong Kong. It is responsible for the design of many iconic buildings in Hong Kong and Guangdong province, including the Hong Kong Government Headquarters, iSQUARE, One Peking Road, Yunnan Museum and Guangdong Museum. It employs 160 staff in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.

Zaha Hadid Architects is British architecture and design firm founded by Zaha Hadid (1950–2016), with its main office situated in Clerkenwell, London. After the death of "starchitect" Hadid, Patrik Schumacher became head of the firm, at the time with a staff of 400 with 36 projects across 21 countries.

Lu Wenyu is a Chinese architect. She co-founded the firm Amateur Architecture Studio in Hangzhou, China, which became known for its use of natural materials and traditional techniques. In 2010, Lu Wenyu and her partner Wang Shu won the German Schelling Architecture Prize for their work with Amateur Architecture.

Li Xinggang is a Chinese architect, director of Atelier Li Xinggang and vice chief architect of China Architectural Design & Research Group. He founded Atelier Li Xinggang in 2001, and including works with his studio has been involved in more than 30 projects. He has received several Chinese and international awards, and attended several exhibitions concerning architecture and art.

Liane Lefaivre, a Canadian and an Austrian, is o-Professor of Architectural History and Theory at the University of Applied Art in Vienna Austria, now retired.

HHF Architects is an architectural practice established in Basel, Switzerland by Tilo Herlach, Simon Hartmann, and Simon Frommenwiler, in 2003.

Ole Bouman is a Dutch German historian, writer, curator in urbanism design and architecture. Bouman is the founding director of Design Society, an initiative of China Merchants Group and the Victoria and Albert Museum in Shenzhen, which opened in December 2017.

The Harbin Grand Theatre or Harbin Opera House is a multi-venue performing arts centre in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. Measuring 850,349 square-foot, the theatre is designed by well-known Chinese architect agency MAD led by Ma Yansong.

The Micro Yuan'er Children's Library and Art Centre is located in the heart of Beijing, China. Located in the hundreds-year-old Cha'er hutong, a Chinese courtyard, surrounded by family homes, the award-winning structure is recognized for its blend of old and new architecture.

Li Hu is a Chinese architect and professor. He is the founding partner of OPEN Architecture, Kenzo Tange Design Critic in Architecture at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, visiting professor at the Tsinghua University in Beijing and China Central Academy of Fine Arts, former partner of Steven Holl Architects, and director of Columbia University GSAPP's Studio-X Beijing.
