Matilda McNamara (born 18 December 1998) is an Australian soccer player who plays as a defender for AGF in the Danish Women's League. She played for Adelaide United in A-League Women in two stints, during the 2015-16 season and between 2020 and 2022. [1] [2] [3]

Club career

Adelaide United

McNamara made her senior debut for Adelaide United on the 19 December 2015 in a 5–1 win against Newcastle Jets. [4] [5]

International career

In June 2022, after an impressive season with Adelaide United, McNamara was called up to Australia's senior national team for their friendlies against Spain and Portugal. [6] She made her debut on 15 November 2022 in a friendly against Thailand. [7]
