The Mid Murray Football Association was an Australian rules football competition based in the western Riverland region of South Australia, Australia. It operated for 100 years, from 1910 to 2009. It was an affiliated member of the South Australian National Football League.
The Mid-Murray Football Association was formed in 1910 with founding clubs being Kingston, Morgan, and Waikerie.

From late 2009 to early 2010, Robertstown merged with North Eastern Football League club Eudunda, with the new club competing as the Southern Saints in the NEFL from 2010. This followed the move of Sedan Cambrai to the Hills Football League, leaving the league with only two clubs and deciding to disband. The Association issued a press release on its website announcing the league's disbandment. [1]
Blanchetown/Swan Reach were later accepted into the Riverland Independent Football League.
On 19 October 2017, the Mid-Murray Football Association Incorporated was officially deregistered as an incorporated association by the Corporate Affairs Commission. [2]
The Riverland is a region of South Australia. NRL Victoria is responsible for administering the game of rugby league in the Australian state of Victoria. Victoria is an Affiliated State of the overall Australian governing body the National Rugby League. The VRL commenced in 1952 and has been running each year since.
Waikerie is a rural town in the Riverland region of South Australia on the south bank of the Murray River. At the 2016 census, Waikerie had a population of 2,684. The Sturt Highway passes to the south of the town at the top of the cliffs. There is a cable ferry crossing the river to provide vehicle access from the north side of the river. Waikerie is known for citrus growing, along with stone fruit and grapes.

The Waikerie Football Club is an Australian rules football club which compete in the Riverland Football League. The club was formed in 1908 and was a foundation member of the Mid Murray FL in 1910. It split into two teams in 1927 only to reform in 1929 and entered the Upper Murray "A" grade competition.
The Barmera-Monash Football Club is an Australian rules football club which competes in the Riverland Football League. The club was formed in 1957 following a merger between the Monash and Barmera clubs who both played in Upper Murray Football League. The club developed a reputation as a bridesmaid as it lost the first nine grand finals it played in.
The Uraidla Districts Football Club is an Australian rules football club based in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide which was formed in 1997 as a merger between the former Uraidla Football Club and Eastern Rangers Football Club. The combined club joined the Hills Football League Central Division and currently continue to field teams in both Senior and Junior grades in Division 1 of that league.
The Sedan Cambrai Football Club is an Australian rules football club based in the Murraylands region of South Australia which was initially formed in 1922 as Cambrai Sedan, a merger between the Sedan Football Club and the Cambrai Football Club.
