The National Displacement and Refugee Agency (NDRA) (Somali : Hay'adda Qoxoontiga Iyo Barakacayaasha Qaranka) is a Somaliland government agency established in 2017 by President Muse Bihi Abdi, it is responsible to protect and assist refugees, asylum seekers, migrants and as well as returnees from abroad. [1] [2] The Manager who serves as the head of the NDRA, is appointed by the President. The current Manager is Abdikarim Ahmed Mohamed. [3]

Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed, also known as Farmaajo is a Somali politician who is the founder and chairman of the Tayo party and a candidate in the 2021 Somali presidential election. He was Prime Minister of Somalia for six months, from November 2010 until June 2011. He served a term as the 9th President of Somalia from 16 February 2017 and acting president since 8 February 2021. Since his presidential term expired on 8th February 2021, the federal state Presidents of Puntland and Jubaland and the Council of Presidential Candidates no longer recognise Mohamed as the President of Somalia, but he refuses to leave office, despite public protests in Mogadishu during which peaceful protesters have been shot and killed by government forces. International partners of Somalia, including UN, US, UK, and EU have said that they do not support an extension to Mohamed's mandate.

Muse Bihi Abdi 5th president of Somaliland

Musa Bihi Abdi is a Somaliland politician and former military officer who has been President of Somaliland since December 2017. During the 1970s, he served as a pilot in the Somali Air Force under the Siad Barre administration. In 2010, Bihi was appointed the Chairman of the ruling Kulmiye in the self-declared Republic of Somaliland. In November 2015, Bihi was selected as the party's Presidential Candidate at the 5th annual central committee convention.

Civil Aviation and Airpots Authority of Somaliland (CAAA) functions as the regulatory body for all aviation related activities in Somaliland. the current Manager is Abdi Mohamed Rodol.

The Civil Service Institute is a public institute located in Hargeisa, the capital of Somaliland. The institution was founded in 2005. The current president of the Institute is Guleid Saleban Hagog. The institute was primarily aimed to develop and improve the capacity of public institutions and to discharge an effective and equitable public service delivery to the public.

The State Printing Agency (SPA) is a Somaliland government agency established in 1997 by President Mohamed Haji Ibrahim Egal, it is responsible for publishing official documents of the various government agencies of Somaliland. The Manager who serves as the head of the SPA, is appointed by the President. The current Manager is Mohamoud Rageh Mohamed.

The Ministry of Resettlement, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of the Republic of Somaliland (MoRRR) was a Somaliland government ministry which is responsible for the resetteling and rehabilitating of the refugees and asylum seekers, as well as the reconstruction of displaced people. The COVID-19 pandemic was confirmed to have reached Somaliland in March 2020. As of 3 March 2021, there are 1581 cases and 56 deaths. 30060 tests have been conducted.
