Massachusetts Avenue is a major diagonal transverse road in Washington, D.C., and the Massachusetts Avenue Historic District is a historic district that includes part of it.
Overbrook Farms is a neighborhood on the western edge of the West Philadelphia section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It is roughly bounded by City Avenue, 58th Street, Woodbine Avenue, and 66th Street at Morris Park. The neighborhood is bisected by Lancaster Avenue and the original Pennsylvania Railroad "main line". Today the rail line is used by both Amtrak passenger service and SEPTA's commuter Paoli/Thorndale Line.
The Colonial Germantown Historic District is a designated National Historic Landmark District in the Germantown and Mount Airy neighborhoods of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania along both sides of Germantown Avenue. This road followed a Native American path from the Delaware River just north of Old City Philadelphia, through Germantown, about 6 miles northwest of Center City Philadelphia, and on to Pottstown. Settlement in the Germantown area began, at the invitation of William Penn, in 1683 by Nederlanders and Germans under the leadership of Francis Daniel Pastorius fleeing religious persecution.
The Washington Park Historic District is a national historic district located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 24, 2008. It comprises nearly 60 acres (240,000 m2) and is located 4 miles (6.4 km) north of downtown Indianapolis, in the south-central part of the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood. The district includes all properties south of 43rd Street and north of 40th Street, and west of Central Avenue and east of the alley running north and south between Pennsylvania and Meridian Streets; Washington Boulevard runs north-south through the center of the district. It includes 110 contributing buildings, ranging mostly from mansions to small bungalows, and three non-contributing buildings.

The Dwight Street Historic District is an irregularly shaped 135-acre (55 ha) historic district in New Haven, Connecticut. The district is located immediately west of the center of Downtown New Haven and is generally bounded by Elm Street on the north, Park Street on the east, North Frontage Road on the south, and Sherman Avenue on the west. It contains one of the city's highest concentrations of well-preserved 19th and early 20th-century residential architecture, much of which was developed for the working classes in the city's factories. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The historic district includes most of the Dwight neighborhood and several blocks of the northeast corner of the West River neighborhood.

The Browncroft Historic District is a national historic district located in the Browncroft neighborhood of Rochester, New York. The district contains 518 contributing buildings, two contributing sites, two contributing objects, and two contributing structures over 116 acres. It includes 417 residential properties constructed between 1914 and World War II.
The Awbury Historic District is a historic area in the East Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It encompasses the former summer homes and farms of the extended Cope family, who moved to the area starting in 1849 and the entire Awbury Arboretum, which occupies most of the district's area, as well as adjacent properties developed and occupied by Henry Cope (1793-1865), son and successor to prominent Philadelphia Orthodox Quaker merchant Thomas Pym Cope (1768-1854), his close relatives, and his descendants. The district, which has been described by Philadelphia area historians as "visually distinct from the densely-built urban blocks that surround it on three sides, and from the level, open landscape of the city park to the northwest," features buildings which were designed in the Gothic Revival, Italian Villa, Queen Anne, Tudor Revival, Shingle, and Colonial Revival styles of architecture between 1849 and 1922.
Goldsboro Historic District is a national historic district located at Goldsboro in York County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 79 contributing buildings in the central business district and surrounding residential area of Goldsboro. Most of the buildings date between 1850 and 1930, with some notable Greek Revival style buildings. The houses are mostly small, 2+1⁄2-story, vernacular wood frame dwellings.
Shrewsbury Historic District is a national historic district located at Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania in York County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 152 contributing buildings in the central business district and surround residential areas of Shrewsbury. A few of the buildings are log dwelling built before 1800. Notable non-residential buildings include the Odd Fellows Hall (1853) and two Romanesque Revival churches.

The district includes 350 contributing buildings and 5 contributing structures in the central business district and surround residential areas of Wrightsville. A majority of the dwellings are small, frame vernacular workers' houses dated to the 19th century. More substantial brick and stone dwellings date to as early as he 1790s. Notable industrial buildings and structures include the Wrightsville Hardware Complex, McConkey Building, Wrightsville silk mill, and lime kilns.

The neighborhood was developed between 1889 and about 1915, and includes notable examples of the Queen Anne and Second Empire styles.
Brownsville Northside Historic District is a national historic district located adjacent to the Brownsville Commercial Historic District at Brownsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 188 contributing buildings and 2 contributing sites in a neighborhood of Brownsville. Most of the contributing buildings are residential, with some commercial buildings and nine churches. The house styles are reflective of a number of popular 19th- and early-20th-century architectural styles including Colonial Revival, Bungalow / American Craftsman, and Greek Revival. The oldest building is Brashear's Tavern, and there are five buildings that date between 1815 and 1840. The contributing sites are cemeteries associated with two of the churches. Located in the district and separately listed are the St. Peter's Church and Bowman's Castle.

The building was designed by Irwin T. Catharine and built in 1936. It is a three-story, 11 bay, yellow brick building in a Moderne-style. It has a four-story, five bay addition. It features rounded corners, ribbon bands of windows, and low relief Greek figures. It was named for General George Meade (1815–1872).
