Nova Fun is a Czech free-to-air commercial television station, belonging to the Nova Group, which focuses its programming exclusively on shows, series, or films of the comedy genre. The license to broadcast it is owned by TV Nova s.r.o., which is owned by the foreign company CME. The station began broadcasting on December 23, 2012, under the name Smíchov TV. [1] On February 4, 2017, it was renamed Nova 2 to unify the channel names of the Nova group. [2] On September 20, 2021, the station got a new name again, namely Nova Fun. [3] [4]

Television stations in Slovakia broadcast in both DVB-T format and DVB-T2 format. Broadcasting is mostly in the Slovak, state-owned channels have some dedicated broadcasting for ethnic minorities. Foreign language movies and shows are dubbed. Czech production is often broadcast in original, with the exception of juvenile programs. Sometimes, foreign language movies are broadcast with Czech dubbing. Czech television channels are also popular in Slovakia, received in paid DVB-T2 service, directly in border regions or carried by cable companies and satellite operators. Ber nebo neber is the Czech Republic's version of Deal or No Deal airing on TV Prima from February 11, 2007 to December 27, 2008. Klára Jerneková, was a Czech actress. Since 1966, she was a successful member of a national drama group in the National Theatre. The actress died on 31 July 2003 due to alcohol and depression which may have been one of the reasons of the cause of her death at an early age.

Synové a dcery Jakuba skláře was a Czechoslovak television programme which aired in 1986. The programme was directed by Jaroslav Dudek. The series depicts the fate of the glass-making family of Jakub Cirkl between the years of 1899 and 1957. In the life stories of the multi-member family dynasty, it was possible to uniquely capture the realities of the time and the characters of the individual characters. In 2011, it was announced that the programme, along with 17 others, would be released on DVD within the following three years.

Eva Krížiková was a Slovak film and stage actress, often celebrated as one of the greatest entertainers ever in her country of origin and The First Lady of Slovak Humor, respectively. Apart from her cinematic achievements, her name was credited in over five hundred productions made for television.

The filmography of Eva Krížiková chronicles her film work through the artist's 60 years as a motion picture actress. She initially entered the film industry through a minor, backup role in Paľo Bielik's work The Mountains Are Stirring from 1952. Her first starring role came shortly after that, in Friday the 13th (1953), also by Bielik. However Krížiková has been cast in only eighteen feature films in total, her name has been credited in over 500 productions made for television, 123 of which represent TV films and/or series.

Adela Vinczeová is a Slovak radio and television presenter. She has presented television shows such as Česko Slovenská SuperStar 2009, the Anděl Awards and the Czech Lion Awards. She is a daughter of Slovak writer, agent of communist secret service and politician Jozef Banáš. She grew up in Eastern Germany together with her sister Maria. Living abroad helped her gain various language skills and experiences, however, as she always claims, she has been dedicated to her homeland, Slovakia. In 2015, Banášová won her ninth title at the OTO Awards, making her the most successful person in the ceremony's history.

Nova Gold is a Czech free-to-air commercial TV station belonging to the Nova Group, whose program includes series and programs from the Nova station archive and foreign crime series. The station began broadcasting on February 22, 2013, to mark Nova's nineteenth birthday.[1] Like other Nova Group channels, they belong to the CET 21 company, which falls under the CME. Nova Gold bears its current name since 4 February 2017, 2017 when the Telka channel was renamed Nova Gold in order to unify the channel names of the Nova group.
