He was formerly the chief executive officer of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and was appointed to that newly created position on December 13, 2006. He currently works as the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters.

The 31st Pennsylvania House of Representatives District is in southeastern Pennsylvania and has been represented by Perry Warren since 2017.

Marvin V. Keller was an American politician from Pennsylvania who served as a Republican member of the Pennsylvania Senate for the 10th district from 1959 to 1970. He also served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the Bucks County district from 1948 to 1957.
