The Messeturm, or Trade Fair Tower, is a 63-storey, 257 m (843 ft) skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany. It is the second tallest building in Frankfurt, the second tallest building in Germany and the third tallest building in the European Union. It was the tallest building in Europe from its completion in 1991 until 1997 when it was surpassed by the Commerzbank Tower, which is also located in Frankfurt.
Ocean One is a skyscraper proposed for construction at Jomtien Beach, close to Pattaya, Thailand. The planned structure will be 367 metres (1,204 ft) tall, with 91 floors and 587 rooms. The proposed building site is 250 metres from one of Asia's most popular beaches. When completed, Ocean One will be the tallest building in Thailand. It is planned mainly for residential use, but will also have a conference centre. Using the traditional unit of area, the rai, the area of the property is 12 rai., and is equivalent to 19,200 square metres (207,000 sq ft).

It comprises a twin-tower skyscraper and the former Wholesale Market Hall (Großmarkthalle), with a low-rise building connecting the two. Sky City, or Sky City One, was an 838-metre-tall (2,749 ft) planned skyscraper in the city of Changsha, Hunan in south-central China. The prospective builders, Broad Sustainable Building, estimated it would take just 90 days to construct. Including the 120 days required for prefabrication before on-site work commenced, the sum of time needed was 210 days. Pre-construction activities were halted in August 2013 after government regulators required additional approvals.

It was topped out on 20 February 2021 and completed in September 2022, with the opening of the observation deck planned for the first half of 2023.
Roche Tower 2 is a skyscraper in the Swiss city of Basel. With a height of 205 meters the building will replace Roche Tower 1 as tallest building in Switzerland after the planned opening on 2 September 2022.
