Rubin bin Balang is a Malaysian politician who has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kemabong from February 1994 to May 2018 and again since September 2020. He is an official member and Vice President II of the Sabah People's Ideas Party (Gagasan Rakyat) which is a component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition. [1] He is also the father of Riduan Rubin,the Independent Member of Parliament (MP) for Tenom.

Wan Saifulruddin bin Wan Jan,better known as Wan Saiful Wan Jan,is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tasek Gelugor since November 2022. He is a member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU),a component party of the opposition Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition. Wan Saiful joined BERSATU in February 2018,which at the time was a component party of the opposition Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. When PH formed the government after the 2018 Malaysian general election,Wan Saiful took the post of Special Advisor to the Minister of Education Maszlee Malik from May to November 2018. Wan Saiful served as the Strategy and Policy Bureau Deputy Chairman of BERSATU from March 2018 to August 2020 and its Information Chief from August 2020 to his resignation in February 2023. He also served as Chairman of the Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) from June 2018 after the resignation of Shamsul Anuar Nasarah following collapse of the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration in May 2018 thanks to its defeat in the 2018 general election to June 2022.

The establishment of the new USNO Party was inspired by the struggle of Tun Mustapha Harun in the dissolved USNO Party in favor of peninsula-based UMNO. This party is also the main component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah Party (GRS) since 2022.

Datuk Peter Anthony is a Malaysian politician,singer and businessman who has served as the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Melalap since May 2018. He served as State Minister of Infrastructure Development of Sabah in the Heritage Party (WARISAN) state administration under former Chief Minister Shafie Apdal from May 2018 to the collapse of the WARISAN administration in September 2020. He is also a founder of Asli Jati Engineering Sdn Bhd,a construction company involved in Universiti Malaysia Sabah tender scandal in 2014. He is a founder and member of the Social Democratic Harmony Party (KDM),a party that is aligned with the ruling Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition. He has also served as 1st and founding President of KDM since party foundation in January 2022. He was independent after leaving WARISAN on 28 December 2021 along with Limbahau MLA Juil Nuatim and before founding KDM on 28 January 2022. He was also the member and Vice President of WARISAN. He founded KDM,also a native based party in Tenom,Sabah on 28 January 2022 along with Juil.

Riduan bin Rubin is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Tenom from November 2022. He is a former member of the Social Democratic Harmony Party (KDM) and was a former member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party of Sabah,a former component party of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) coalition and official component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) in national level. He is formerly one of the two KDM MPs along with Wetrom Bahanda and one of the two independent candidates who was elected in the 2022 general election along with Kudat MP Verdon Bahanda. He is also the son of Rubin Balang,the Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kemabong and the Vice President II of Sabah People's Ideas Party.
