The foundation

The Shillong Chamber Choir was founded in 2001 by (L) Neil Nongkynrih, a composer, conductor, and pianist from Shillong, India. Nongkynrih began playing the piano at a young age and studied music at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
