The Texas Tech Red Raiders are the intercollegiate women's soccer team representing Texas Tech University. The Red Raiders compete in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) as a charter member of the Big 12 Conference. The first team was fielded in 1994, and they play their home games at the John Walker Soccer Complex on the university's campus in Lubbock, Texas. Since 2007, the Red Raiders have been led by head coach Tom Stone.

The Red Raiders have played in the NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Championship eight times since their first appearance in 2012.

Their outstanding performance in 2023 earned them the 9th spot in the final United Soccer Coaches Association poll. This top-10 finish is the best a Texas Tech team has ever secured in the program's history. [2]

The 2011–12 Texas Tech Red Raiders basketball team represented Texas Tech University in the 2011–12 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Red Raiders were led by Billy Gillispie in his first and only season as head coach. The team played its home games at the United Spirit Arena in Lubbock, Texas and were members of the Big 12 Conference.

Tim Tadlock is a collegiate baseball coach and former player. He served as head coach of the Grayson Vikings representing Grayson County College (GCC) (1997–2005) and the Texas Tech Red Raiders representing Texas Tech University (2013–present). Tadlock guided the Grayson Vikings to back-to-back National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I World Series titles in 1999 and 2000. In 2014, Tadlock led his alma mater to their first College World Series appearance and received the Skip Bertman Award, presented to the college baseball coach of the year by the College Baseball Foundation.

The Lamar Lady Cardinals soccer team represents Lamar University in NCAA Division I college soccer. The team, currently led by head coach Nathan Kogut, competes in the Southland Conference. The team's initial season was 2007. The Lady Cardinals' home stadium is the Lamar Soccer Complex located on the university's campus. The team began playing home games there starting with the 2009 season. The Lady Cardinals home stadium for the first two seasons was Cardinal Stadium now named Provost Umphrey Stadium.
