Rankings from Collegiate Baseball

The 2008 UCLA Bruins baseball team represented the University of California, Los Angeles in the 2008 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Bruins played their home games in Jackie Robinson Stadium. UCLA finished the regular season as the #3 team in the Pacific-10 Conference behind #2 Stanford and #1 Arizona State. [2] The Bruins made it to the 2008 NCAA Division I baseball tournament for the third year in a row, competing in the Fullerton Regionals. After beating Virginia 3–2 in the first round, the Bruins beat the number 1 seeded Cal State Fullerton Titans 11–4. Since the Titans beat Virginia in their double elimination game, the Bruins faced the Titans again in the Regional Finals. The Bruins lost 11–8 and 5–4 to the Titans to finish the season as runners-up in the Fullerton Regionals.

Previous season

The 2007 season saw the Bruins finish 33–28 and third in the Pac-10 Conference behind #1 Arizona State and #2 Arizona. [3] The 2007 season ended in the Fullerton Super Regionals when the Bruins lost two games in a row to Cal State Fullerton. [4]

The UCLA Bruins were selected to play in the 2010 NCAA Division I baseball tournament as the #1 seed in the Los Angeles, CA Regional and the #6 national seed. UCLA went 5–1 in the Regionals and beat UC Irvine in the finals to advance to the Super Regionals. The Bruins beat the Cal State Fullerton Titans in three games to win the Los Angeles Super Regional and advance to the 2010 College World Series.

The 2009 UCLA Bruins baseball team represented the University of California, Los Angeles in the 2009 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Bruins played their home games in Jackie Robinson Stadium, and finished the season with a 27–29 overall record. With a 15–12 record in conference play, UCLA tied Oregon State as the #3 team in the Pacific-10 Conference, behind #1 Arizona State and #2 Washington State. Even though UCLA won the three-game season series 2–1, Oregon State was invited to the 2009 NCAA Division I baseball tournament instead of UCLA due to their better overall record (37–19).

The 2013 UCLA Bruins baseball team represented the University of California, Los Angeles in the 2013 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Bruins competed in the Pac-12 Conference, and played their home games in Jackie Robinson Stadium. John Savage served as head coach for his 9th season. The Bruins swept through the NCAA tournament's Los Angeles Regional, Fullerton Super Regional, and College World Series bracket to reach the final against Mississippi State, their second appearance in four years. The Bruins swept the Bulldogs in a best of three series to win their first NCAA National Championship in baseball, while going a perfect 10–0 in the postseason; the third consecutive NCAA Division I baseball team to sweep the postseason en route to the championship, and also the last to do so.

The 2019 Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team represents the University of Arkansas in the 2019 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Razorbacks were coached by Dave Van Horn, in his 17th season with the Razorbacks, and played home games at Baum–Walker Stadium. Arkansas ended the 2018 season as runners-up in the College World Series (CWS). Five starting fielders and two starting pitchers from the 2018 team had moved on to professional baseball or graduation. Expectations were high for the 2019 team, picked to finished third in the SEC West and ranked between #12-25 in preseason polls.

The 2019 Stanford Cardinal baseball team represented Stanford University in the 2019 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Cardinal play their home games at Klein Field at Sunken Diamond under second year coach David Esquer.
