Career history

Alcides Catanho (born January 20, 1972) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League for the New England Patriots and the Washington Redskins. He played high school football at Elizabeth High School and college football at Rutgers University. [1] He is married to Kara Catanho, with whom he has two children, a daughter and a son. Kara Catanho works at WWMS, a school in Edison, NJ as a health and physical education teacher.

Alcides Antonio Báez Fleytas was a Paraguayan footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He made 16 appearances for the Paraguay national team from 1971 to 1979. He was also part of Paraguay's squad for the 1979 Copa América tournament. Báez died on 8 October 2023, at the age of 76.
