Gerald Alan Alphin is a former professional gridiron football wide receiver and slotback who played eight seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) from 1986 to 1996, mainly for the Ottawa Rough Riders and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Alphin played college football at Kansas State University. Alphin recorded four 1,000-yard receiving seasons, including a period of three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons with the Rough Riders during which he was considered one of the best receivers playing in the CFL. He was named an East all-star in 1988.

He played college football at Texas A&M and was selected in the 11th round of the 1976 NFL Draft by the Houston Oilers. He also spent time with the Toronto Argonauts, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Green Bay Packers.
Michael Richardson is a former Canadian football player. He attended Louisiana Tech in 1987 until 1991. In 1990, he was named Most Valuable Player in the Independence Bowl. A year later, he was signed as a free agent with the New York Giants. In 1992, he was signed by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and quickly became a star in the Canadian Football League. Michael Richardson was an exceptional running back who played five seasons with the CFL for two different teams. In 1992, his first year with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers he rushed for 1,100 yards in only 11 games, and had one of the best playoff performances in history with 27 carries for 227 yards and two touchdowns. He was named Rookie of the Year that season. Michael Richardson also was named CFL Player of the week five times in 1992 and was a huge contributor to helping his team get to the Grey Cup that year.
Thomas Louis O'Malley was a quarterback in the National Football League. He was a member of the Green Bay Packers during the 1950 NFL season. He played for the Ottawa Rough Riders of the Canadian Football League from 1951 to 1953, leading them to the 39th Grey Cup, winning it 21−14. He played college football at Cincinnati. In his one NFL game he threw six interceptions.
Wayne Giardino was a Canadian athlete and coach in Canadian football. Giardino was an award-winning linebacker and Grey Cup Champion in the Canadian Football League with the Ottawa Rough Riders.
Stephen Jones is a former American football wide receiver who played ten seasons in the Canadian Football League with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, Edmonton Eskimos and Ottawa Rough Riders. He played college football at Central Michigan University. Jones was a member of the Edmonton Eskimos team that won the 75th Grey Cup. He was also a two-time CFL All-Star and three-time CFL East All-Star.
William Ben Van Burkleo is a former defensive back in the Canadian Football League for the Toronto Argonauts, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Ottawa Rough Riders, Calgary Stampeders and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He played college football at the University of Tulsa.
Michael Allen is a former Canadian football defensive back who played seven seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Ottawa Rough Riders and BC Lions. He was drafted by the Blue Bombers in the fourth round of the 1988 CFL Draft. He played at Bemidji State University, Division II NCAA in Bemidji, Minnesota, USA in 1984. He then transferred to CIS football at Carleton University in 1986. Allen won three Grey Cup championships, two with the Blue Bombers and one with the Lions.
