Billy Rangasamy is a Seychellois civil engineer currently serving as Minister of Lands and Housing since 2020. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and master's of science in concrete structures from Imperial College London. He was appointed Minister of Lands and Housing by President Wavel Ramkalawan in 2020. [1] [2] [3] [4]
