Cantonal Council of Schwyz (German: Schwyzer Kantonsrat) is the legislature of the Canton of Schwyz in Switzerland. Schwyz has a unicameral legislature. [2] [3] The Cantonal Council has 100 seats which are elected every four years in a proportional election. [4]
The canton of Schwyz is a canton in central Switzerland between the Alps in the south, Lake Lucerne to the west and Lake Zürich in the north, centred on and named after the town of Schwyz.
