André Lauren Benjamin, better known as André 3000, is an American rapper, singer, musician, songwriter, record producer, and actor. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, he is best known for being one-half of the Southern hip hop duo Outkast, alongside fellow Atlanta-based rapper Big Boi. Benjamin is widely regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time.
Jonathan H. Smith, better known by his stage name Lil Jon, is an American DJ, record producer, and rapper. David Hall Hodges is an American songwriter and record producer from Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a studio contributor to the rock band Evanescence from 1999 to 2002. Gipp, professionally known by his stage name Big Gipp, is an American rapper who rose to prominence as a member of the Atlanta-based hip hop quartet Goodie Mob, with whom he has gone on to release six studio albums. His debut solo studio album Mutant Mindframe was released in 2003 via Koch Records, reaching No. 161 on the US Billboard 200 chart. In 2006, he, Nelly, Paul Wall and Ali, were nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards for the number-one single "Grillz", leading to the release of the collaborative album Kinfolk with Ali the following year. He is known for his slow, drawn-out rapping dialect with political and street-life themed lyrics.
James Gregory Scheffer, professionally known as Jim Jonsin, is an American record producer from South Florida. He has produced for numerous musical artists, including Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Usher, Lil Wayne, Kid Cudi, Eminem, Pitbull, Yelawolf, Nelly, Mary J. Blige, Wiz Khalifa, Danity Kane and Jamie Foxx, among others. He received a Grammy Award for his work on Lil Wayne's 2008 single "Lollipop," and received a nomination for Best Rap Album for his work on "Whatever You Like" by T.I. that same year. Furthermore, both songs would peak the Billboard Hot 100.

Throughout his career, Taylor has produced and worked extensively with the singer, as well as other prominent R&B acts including the Isley Brothers, Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Whitney Houston, and Boyz II Men.
