Christian Larcher (born 15 September 1953, in Charmois-l'Orgueilleux, Lorraine, France) served as the International Commissioner of the Scouts et Guides de France for many years. [1] He also assumed the interim post of Delegate General following the departure of Catherine Larrieu in 2016.

In 2015, Larcher was awarded the 345th Bronze Wolf , the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. [2]

Larcher is married and lives in Lagny, Île-de-France, France.

Since the award's creation in 1935, fewer than 400 of the several millions of Scouts throughout the world have received the award.

Demetrios Alexatos Scout name "Rann", meaning "Brahminy kite" from The Jungle Book, served as the National Commissioner of the Scouts of Greece for 17 years, from 1948 to 1965, on the personal recommendation of king Paul of Greece, Camp Chief of the 11th World Scout Jamboree held 1–11 August 1963 in Marathon, as well as an elected member of the World Scout Committee from 1957 to 1963.

Herbert William Garnet de la Hunt served as the Chief Scout of the Boy Scouts of South Africa, as well as the Vice-Chairman of the Africa Scout Committee, and was the first South African to be elected to the World Scout Committee, a member from 1996 to 2002 and held the post of chairman of the committee. In 1994, de la Hunt was awarded the 234th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. On 27 April 2013 he received the Order of the Baobab.

A. Erik Ende served as the President of the Svenska Scoutrådet, the Swedish national Scouting federation, from 1976 to 1983 for his association Svenska Scoutförbundet.

Jorge Toral Azuela served as the International Commissioner of the Asociación de Scouts de México, Asociación Civil.

Paula Peláez G. served as the President of the Asociación de Guías y Scouts de Chile. In 2000, Peláez was awarded the 285th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
