Do Me Bad Things are a nine-piece English blues/rock/soul/metal band from Croydon, London, England, who formed in 2003 and split up in January 2006 before recently re-forming in early 2015.
They started out supposedly not intending to be a band, and admit to having no aspirations of fame. Do Me Bad Things (DMBT) began on 14 February 2003 with Alex Lewis, Tom Shotton and Adam Mallett deciding to create a rock trio for fun. Eventually they realised that their material needed to have three vocalists in places, and they needed another vocalist for other songs. Nicolai Prowse (vocals) had been in bands with Shotton and Rich Aldhurst when they were younger, as had Lewis. The line-up grew with the introduction of Chantal Brown, with whom Shotton had been working in a bookshop.
They spent time rehearsing and playing gigs in local venues, one of which at the Archway pub was viewed by Must Destroy Records, who signed them up to Atlantic Records. Do Me Bad Things' June 2004 release, "The Song Rides" gained airplay on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show, and earned a session with XFM's John Kennedy. Summer 2004 was spent supporting other acts, and making a name for themselves at the Reading and Leeds festival and Download Festival
October 2004 brought the release of the single "Time for Deliverance", which launched them further into the mainstream, getting regular video performances and television appearances. By November and December 2004 DMBT were touring the UK's biggest arenas supporting fellow Must Destroy band The Darkness on their Permission to Land tour.
In 2005, their debut album, Yes! was issued, and later in June their third single, "What's Hideous", was released. It was accompanied with an appearance on CD:UK, and "What's Hideous" entered the Top 40 of the UK Singles Chart. [1] Near the end of 2005 also saw the departure of backing vocalists Kimberley Whalley and Clare Macdonald-Haig, for undisclosed reasons.
On 11 January 2006, Do Me Bad Things officially split up. Chantal Brown is now lead vocalist for various bands, including Chrome Hoof and voodoo-themed metal outfit Vodun.
In February 2015, the Do Me Bad Things Facebook page became active again and the group posted "Stayed tuned (sic) for some announcements coming in the near future," on 10 February. [2] The band has since announced rehearsals, posted a reunion picture and has started a Twitter account, leading fans to speculate about a reunion, over nine years since they split up.
On 25 July 2015, a reunited Do Me Bad Things performed two sets at The Lexington bar in London. The band stated at the time that this was a one-off performance and it would not lead to new material. However on 18 August 2016, the band changed their Facebook profile picture to previously unseen album artwork for "Jailbreak Getaway/Power of Love". The following day on 19 August the band announced via their Facebook page that a new double-A side single would be released a day later.
Big Audio Dynamite were an English band, formed in London in 1984 by Mick Jones, former lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist of the Clash. The band mixed various musical styles, incorporating elements of punk rock, dance music, hip hop, reggae, and funk. After releasing a number of well-received studio albums and touring extensively throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Big Audio Dynamite broke up in 1997. In 2011, the band embarked on a reunion tour.
Rusted Root is an American worldbeat rock band formed in 1990 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by singer-guitarist Michael Glabicki, bassist Patrick Norman and percussionist Liz Berlin. The band got its start as the house band playing a weekly gig in Jack's Back Room on Pittsburgh's South Side. The band achieved fame in 1994 with its platinum-selling album When I Woke, which included the hit single "Send Me on My Way". The song has been featured prominently in many films and commercials. Rusted Root has sold more than three million albums, and is currently on hiatus. After releasing The Movement in 2012 and touring through 2015, the band went on an indefinite hiatus, with principal songwriter and vocalist Michael Glabicki forming the group Uprooted with former members of Rusted Root and continuing to tour with that group into the early 2020s.

The Distillers are an American punk rock band, formed in Los Angeles, California in 1998 by vocalist and guitarist Brody Dalle. Dalle co-wrote, played guitar and provided lead vocals for nearly every track on the band's three albums. After the breakup of the band in 2006, Dalle and Distillers guitarist Tony Bevilacqua went on to form Spinnerette.
Corrosion of Conformity is an American heavy metal band from Raleigh, North Carolina, formed in 1982. The band has undergone multiple lineup changes throughout its existence, with guitarist Woody Weatherman as the sole constant member. Weatherman, founding bassist Mike Dean, founding drummer Reed Mullin and vocalist/guitarist Pepper Keenan are widely regarded as its 'classic' lineup. After a hiatus in 2006, Corrosion of Conformity returned in 2010 without Keenan, who had been busy touring and recording with Down, but announced their reunion with him in December 2014.

Doreen Chanter is a British singer best known as a member of the Chanter Sisters, and for her work as a backing vocalist and session vocalist, primarily during the 1970s and 1980s.
Spitalfield is an American rock band from Chicago, Illinois signed to Victory Records. Formed in 1998, Spitalfield caught the attention of Victory Records with their 2002 release The Cloak And Dagger Club EP and a year later released their follow-up, Remember Right Now. The band sold over 130,000 records and performed in nine countries over three continents before disbanding at the end of 2007.
Salad is a UK-based alternative rock group formed in London in 1992, whose initial line-up was Dutch vocalist/keyboardist Marijne van der Vlugt, guitarist Paul Kennedy, bassist Pete Brown and drummer Rob Wakeman. In 1996, Charley Stone joined the band as a live guitarist, keyboard player and backing vocalist. The band disbanded in 1998 and reformed in 2017.
The Pat McGee Band is a rock band from Richmond, Virginia. Formed by frontman Pat McGee, who attended Longwood College in Farmville, VA. On the heels of his solo release From the Wood in 1995, the Pat McGee Band signed with Warner Bros. Records subsidiary Giant Records in 1999. Shine, the band's major-label debut, was released in 2000 with the national singles "Runaway" and "Rebecca". After two years of delays, the band released their second album with Warner, Save Me, in 2004. The band was dropped from the label that year and picked up by Kirtland Records. An enhanced Save Me is now being distributed through Kirtland with the radio single "Must Have Been Love".
Just Surrender is an American rock band from Dover Plains, New York, formerly known as A Second Chance, formed by three high school friends: Jason "Jay" Maffucci, Andy Meunier and Steve Miller. The vocalist/guitarist Dan Simons, formerly of The Record Collection, joined the original three and it was a four-piece until 2008. The band is known for the up-beat mood in its music and for not having a lead vocalist, but rather having two vocalists who "share the spotlight". The group has released three studio albums and one EP.
"Jailbreak" is a song by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. It is the ninth and final track of their third Australian album Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, released in September 1976. The song was not released in North America until 1984. It was written by Angus Young, Malcolm Young, and Bon Scott.

Still Dangerous is a live album by Irish rock band Thin Lizzy. It was compiled from two live concerts by the band at the Tower Theater in Upper Darby Township, Pennsylvania, U.S., just outside of Philadelphia, at 20 and 21 October 1977 during the tour in support of their Bad Reputation album. No overdubs were made to any tracks so the album is completely live. The tracks "Cowboy Song", "The Boys Are Back in Town", "Massacre" and "Emerald" were previously released on the album Live and Dangerous, while "Opium Trail" and "Bad Reputation" were issued on the Killers Live EP in 1981.
Kelly Keeling is an American musician and songwriter. Keeling started playing at the age of 14 and began his career as the lead singer of the heavy metal band Baton Rouge. Throughout his career, Keeling worked with major hard rock acts, wrote movie soundtracks and also played with Christian rock bands.

"Paint Me Down" is a song by the English new wave band Spandau Ballet, released on 2 November 1981 as the second single from what would be their second album, Diamond. Their guitarist/songwriter Gary Kemp copied some of the elements of their previous hit, "Chant No. 1 ", and the conflict between producer Richard James Burgess and lead singer Tony Hadley that began with that song continued as they recorded the vocals for "Paint Me Down". A controversial music video for the song was rejected by the British music chart television programme Top of the Pops, and its number 30 peak position on the UK Singles Chart was not enough to justify airing the studio performance they had filmed for the show either.
