The third season of Indonesia Mencari Bakat, a reality television series, will premiered on September 14, 2012. This season is the first season without judge Sarah Sechan and Rianti Cartwright. They were replaced with pop singer Syahrini, as announced on June 20, 2012. [1]

Preliminary auditions

Producers' auditions were held in Yogyakarta, Makassar, Surabaya, Denpasar, Medan, Bandung, and Jakarta. [2] [3]

Production

The show's executive produce announced on the press conference in June 2012 that there will be new graphics, lighting, theme music, show intro and a larger live audience. Sarah Sechan, Titi Sjuman and Addie MS all expected to return as judges, in addition to Ananda Omesh who returned as host. Rianti Cartwright was replaced with pop singer, Syahrini. In the middle of production, Sarah Sechan resigned from this show, and will be replaced by a guest judge every week. Promotional videos began airing in June 2012.

Indonesia's Got Talent is an Indonesian talent variety show on SCTV that began July 23, 2010. It is based on the Got Talent franchise, a British TV format conceived and owned by Simon Cowell's SYCO company. Indonesia Mencari Bakat, broadcast on Trans TV, was copied from the original Got Talent format. However, Indonesia Mencari Bakat was more successful than the original format in terms of TV Ratings.

The Voice of Holland, also known as TVOH, is a Dutch reality television competition, created by John de Mol and Roel van Velzen, airing on RTL 4. For the first nine seasons, The Voice of Holland was hosted by Martijn Krabbé and Wendy van Dijk. In the tenth season (2019–2020), Wendy van Dijk was replaced by Chantal Janzen.

<i>The Voice Indonesia</i>

The Voice Indonesia is a reality television singing competition created by John de Mol which premiered in Indonesia on 10 February 2013 on Indosiar. The format is Dutch and the original Dutch version of the programme was broadcast in the Netherlands for the first time in 2010 as The Voice of Holland. The show replaced the previous singing contest show Akademi Fantasi Indosiar. Season 2 will be aired in the RCTI. RCTI once again appointed Fabian Dharmawan to produce The Voice Indonesia after successful seasons with Indonesian Idol, X Factor Indonesia and Sasuke Ninja Warrior Indonesia. This program replaces the previous programs singing talent contest, Indonesian Idol because the broadcast is over from 2004 to 2014 and now otherwise been removed from list of programs RCTI. Indosiar dropped The Voice Indonesia after the first season due to poor ratings. In 2016, the RCTI won the rights to the show, and a second season went into production. In June 2017, RCTI announced that Indonesian Idol, another singing talent show seeking to discover the best singer through nationwide auditions, would return in 2018 and that The Voice Indonesia would not continue in RCTI. However, in June 2018, it was announced that a TV station GTV revived The Voice Indonesia for the third season.

The X Factor was an American reality television music competition show created by Simon Cowell and produced by FremantleMedia North America and SYCOtv, a partnership between Cowell and Sony Music Entertainment, which aired on Fox. <i>The Voice Kids</i> (Philippine TV series)

The Voice Kids is a Philippine reality singing television competition on ABS-CBN. It is based on the Dutch reality singing competition of the same name. The show aired on May 24, 2014 replacing Bet on Your Baby. The original coaches of the show is composed of Lea Salonga, Bamboo Mañalac, and Sarah Geronimo. Geronimo did not return for the third season and was replaced by Sharon Cuneta. On the fourth season, Geronimo returned as a coach of the show replacing Cuneta. It is hosted by Luis Manzano, together with Alex Gonzaga for the first season, and Robi Domingo and Yeng Constantino for the second season. On the third season, Kim Chiu joins Manzano and Domingo on hosting duties, replacing Constantino. On the fourth season, Toni Gonzaga replaced Manzano as its new host due to that he returned as the host of the second season of I Can See Your Voice, joining Domingo. Chiu did not return as its backstage host due to that she will have a new teleserye Love Thy Woman.

X Factor Indonesia is an Indonesian television music competition to find new singing talent; the winner of which receives a 1 billion rupiahs recording contract with Sony Music Indonesia. The third season aired on 13 December 2021 and is produced by RCTI in-house production and Fremantle Indonesia. Robby Purba resumes his role as the host of the show alongside returning judges Rossa, while Afgan, Ahmad Dhani and Bebi Romeo is replaced by Anang Hermansyah, Bunga Citra Lestari, Ariel "Noah" and Judika.

The second season of the Indonesian reality talent show The Voice Indonesia premiered February 26, 2016 on the RCTI network in the 9:00 p.m, slot immediately following Tukang Bubur Naik Haji The Series. This is the first aired by RCTI, after the previous broadcaster Indosiar dropped the show after its first one season due to poor ratings. Television personality and Indonesian Idol host Daniel Mananta was appointed as the show's new host, with Ari Lasso, Agnez Mo, Kaka "Slank", and Judika selected as coaches. Coach Ariel "Noah" served as an advisor for all teams during the knockout rounds. The winner of the knockout rounds received a 1 billion rupiahs recording contract with Universal Music Indonesia and a Toyota Yaris AT. The show aired Fridays and Saturdays at 9:00 p.m. Starting on April 1, the show aired every Friday at 9:00 p.m.

The second season of Asia's Got Talent (AGT) premiered on October 12, 2017 at 8:30 pm (UTC+8) across 27 countries in Asia. The winning act will receive a grand prize of US$100,000.

The first season of the Indonesian reality talent show The Voice Kids Indonesia premiered in 2016 on Global TV.

The third season of the Indonesian reality singing competition The Voice Indonesia premiered on November 1, 2018 on GTV. Ananda Omesh from the Kids' edition came to host the show alongside Astrid Tiar. All coaches from the second season did not return and were then replaced by Armand Maulana, Anggun, Titi DJ, and the first duo coach ever on the show, Anindyo Baskoro and Vidi Aldiano.
