The United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) is one of the eleven unified combatant commands in the United States Department of Defense. Headquartered at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, USSTRATCOM is responsible for strategic nuclear deterrence, global strike, and operating the Defense Department's Global Information Grid. It also provides a host of capabilities to support the other combatant commands, including integrated missile defense; and global command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR). This command exists to give "national leadership a unified resource for greater understanding of specific threats around the world and the means to respond to those threats rapidly".
Anthony Arthur "Tony" Cucolo is a retired United States Army Major General. He was notable for his service as the Army's Chief of Public Affairs, commander of the 3rd Infantry Division and Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, and commandant of the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania.
The Special Operations Command Korea or SOCKOR, the United States (U.S.) Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) in the Republic of Korea (ROK), is a Sub-Unified Command assigned under the Combatant Command (CCMD) of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), who delegated Operational Command (OPCON) of SOCKOR to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Commander, who further delegated OPCON of SOCKOR to the United States Forces Korea (USFK) Commander.
Nadja Yudith West is a retired United States Army lieutenant general and the 44th Surgeon General of the United States Army and former Commanding General of the United States Army Medical Command. West, a physician, was the first black Army Surgeon General, and was the first black female active-duty major general and the first black female major general in Army Medicine. West is also the first Army black female lieutenant general. She is the highest ranking woman to have graduated from the United States Military Academy.
Burke Edwin Wilson is a retired United States Air Force two-star general who served as Commander, 24th Air Force at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas from 2014 to 2016.

He most recently served as director of operations of the United States Special Operations Command from October 2022 to July 2023, commander of the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve since September 9, 2021 to September 8, 2022. He previously served as the Commanding General of the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne) from November 2019 to August 2021, and as the Deputy Commander of Joint Special Operations Command.
Milford H. Beagle Jr. is a United States Army lieutenant general who serves as commanding general of the United States Army Combined Arms Center and commandant of the United States Army Command and General Staff College since October 4, 2022. He most recently served as the commanding general of the 10th Mountain Division and Fort Drum since July 12, 2021 to September 9, 2022. Beagle previously served as the 51st commanding general of the United States Army Training Center at Fort Jackson from June 22, 2018, to June 18, 2021. He has also served as deputy commanding general for support of the 10th Mountain Division from 2017 to 2018 and commander of the 193rd Infantry Brigade from 2013 to 2016.

Appenzeller is a United States Army major general who has served as the deputy surgeon general of the United States Army since December 2022 and deputy commanding general for operations of the United States Army Medical Command since July 2022. He most recently served as the assistant director for combat support and director of healthcare operations of the Defense Health Agency from July 2020 to July 2022.
