Mimi-Isabella Cesar (born 28 January 1995) is a British individual rhythmic gymnast who has represented England and Great Britain at international competitions.
Cesar made her international debut for Great Britain at the 2011 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Montpellier, France finishing 112th in the individual all-around competition. [2] She suffered an ankle injury in 2013 [3] but recovered in time for 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in July where alongside Stephani Sherlock and Lynne Hutchison finished fourth the team all-around event. [4] Two months late she competed at the 2014 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in İzmir, Turkey finishing 22nd in teams event. Cesar placed 28th at the FIG Berlin Masters World Challenge Cup event in July 2017 [2] before the contesting her second Commonwealth Games in 2018, failing again to reach the medal podium. Cesar is aiming to reach a third Commonwealth Games in her city of Birmingham in 2022 however she fears she will not be selected due to her age and accused British Gymnastics of ageism. [5]
Cesar attended Bishop Walsh Catholic School in Sutton Coldfield [3] and in 2017, graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a Bachelor in Sports Studies. [6] She formerly taught physical education at Castle Bromwich Infant School. [4]

She is the first and only South Korean individual rhythmic gymnast to win a medal at the World Championships, FIG World Cup series, Universiade and the Asian Games.

Elsabeth Ann "Ellie" Black is a Canadian artistic gymnast. She is a two-time Olympian, having represented her country at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. She is the 2017 World all-around silver medalist, making her the first Canadian gymnast to win a world all-around medal. Black is also the 2018 Commonwealth Games all-around champion, a two time Pan American Games all-around champion champion, and a six-time Canadian national all-around champion. At the 2016 Olympic Games, Black finished 5th in the individual all-around.

She became the first rhythmic gymnast to represent Sri Lanka at the Commonwealth Games after creating history for the nation at the 2018 Commonwealth Games and was also named as one of just four female gymnasts from Sri Lanka to represent at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
