The Ministry of Human Resources (Malay : Kementerian Sumber Manusia), abbreviated KESUMA or MOHR, is a ministry of the Government of Malaysia that is responsible for skills development, labour, occupational safety and health, trade unions, industrial relations, industrial court, labour market information and analysis, social security. On 4 March 2024, the ministry was rebranded and started using the official acronym of KESUMA for all official business related to the ministry. [1]

It was founded in 2001 under Jabatan Tenaga Manusia, JTM, and inaugurated by the then Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi in 2003. It is one of eight ADTECs in Malaysia. As of 2023, ADTEC Shah Alam offers nine full-time courses. ADTEC Shah Alam is the first and only TVET government based training institution to have the Aircraft Maintenance Course throughout Malaysia.
