Shafi's first direction Gaddari. It was released in 2003. [1] At the beginning of his career he directed films along with Iqbal. Later, he started directing films individually. [2]

Shahid Hasan, known by professionally as Misha Sawdagor, is a Bangladeshi film actor known for playing villains. As of 2020, according to him, he has performed in more than 700 films. He won Bangladesh National Film Awards 3 times for his roles in the films Boss Number One (2011), Olpo Olpo Premer Golpo (2014) and Bir (2020). He first got noticed as a villain in the 1995 film Asha Bhalobasha starring Salman Shah. After Shah's death, he continued playing the villain opposite other actors, but failed to achieve any mainstream success or recognition. From 2006 onwards he started playing the main antagonist in a long string of hit movies starring Shakib Khan in the lead role and mostly Apu Biswas as the lead actress, and established himself as a leading antagonist in the Cinema of Bangladesh.

Purno Doirgho Prem Kahini 2 also known by the initialism as PDPK II, is a Bangladeshi romantic sports drama film directed by Shafi Uddin Shafi and produced by Chandan Sinha under the banner of Friends Movies International. The film features Shakib Khan, Joya Ahsan, Moushumi Hamid and Emon in lead roles and has played a negative role in this film in place of Arifin Shuvoo. The film was released on 8 April 2016, Upon release, the film received mixed to positive reviews from critics, eventually becoming one of the highest grossing Bengali film of 2016. The film is a sequel of 2013 film Purnodoirgho Prem Kahini.

Shouquat Ali Imon is a Bangladeshi music composer. He won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Music Director for the film Purno Doirgho Prem Kahini (2013) and Best Music Composer for Payer Chhaap (2022). He also won Babisas Awards for Best Music Director in film Black Money (2015). He served as one of the judges of the television show Black Horse RTV Golden Key – Ebar Tomra Gao. Password is a 2019 Bangladeshi action-thriller film directed by Malek Afsari. The film is produced by Shakib Khan and Mohammad Iqbal, under the banner of SK Films. It features Shakib Khan as Rudra, who, through his autistic younger brother Rusho, played by Emon, comes into possession of the password to a Swiss bank account. Misha Sawdagor stars as Victor, a gangster trying to steal the password. Shabnom Bubly features as Rudra's love interest, Dr. Shabnom. The movie is loosely based on the 2010 French movie Point Blank.

Bidrohi is a 2022 Bangladeshi action drama film. The film is directed by Shahin Sumon and is produced by Selim Khan under the banner of Shapla Media, story, screenplay and dialogue written by Delwar Hossain Dil. It features Shakib Khan, Shabnom Bubly and Sushmita Mridula in the lead roles. Also features Misha Sawdagor, Amit Hasan, Shiba Shanu, Don, Sadek Bachchu and Saberi Alam have played supporting roles in film.

Bhalobasha Express is a 2014 Bangladeshi romantic drama film directed by Shafi Uddin Shafi and produced Mohammad Abul Kalam under his Titash Kothachitro. It features superstar Shakib Khan, Apu Biswas and Mim Chowdhury in the lead roles. Also Ahmed Sharif, Misha Sawdagor, Afzal Sharif, Abdullah Saki, DJ Shohel have played important roles in the film.

Faand: The Trap is 2014 Bangladeshi romantic action film, directed by Shafi Uddin Shafi and produced by Shafiqul Islam Rasel under the banner of Othoi Movies. The film about encompasses love and patriotism, mainly focused on both nationalism and also the relationship of the lead characters. It features superstar Shakib Khan and Achol Ankhi in the lead roles. Also features Amit Hasan, Kazi Hayat, Rebeka Rouf, Don and Jammy Ibrahim in support roles.
