Stefan Kolb (born 22 January 1991) is a German football striker who plays for TSV Neudrossenfeld.
Kolb began his career with Sportring Bayreuth before he moved to FSV Bayreuth in summer 2001. [1] After six years playing for FSV Bayreuth's youth team he left for FC Carl Zeiss Jena in summer 2007. [1] After 23 games in two years he was promoted to the 3. Liga team and made his debut on 29 August 2009 against VfL Osnabrück [2] and scored his first goal on 5 September 2009 against Holstein Kiel [3] which was the deciding one. After four years with Carl Zeiss Jena and his first professional season he signed on 3 July 2010 with Greuther Fürth. [4]
FC Carl Zeiss Jena is a German football club based in Jena, Thuringia. Formed in 1903 and initially associated with the Carl Zeiss AG factory, they were one of the strongest clubs in East Germany from the 1960s to the 1980s, winning the DDR-Oberliga and the FDGB-Pokal three times each and reaching the 1981 European Cup Winners' Cup Final. Since German reunification in 1990, the club have competed no higher than the second tier. In the 2021–22 season, Jena played in the Regionalliga Nordost.

Liga, the third tier of German football, having been promoted from the Regionalliga Nordost in 2017. In addition to the domestic league, Carl Zeiss Jena also participated in this season's edition of the Thuringian Cup, the regional cup for teams in Thuringia. Jena play their matches at the Ernst-Abbe-Sportfeld, located in Jena, Thuringia, Germany. The season covers a period from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.
