Orders, decorations, and medals of Turkey are civil and military state decorations regulated and bestowed by the Turkish Republic.

Civil decorations

Civil decorations were established on October 24, 1983, with the Law on Medals and Orders, Act No. 2933. They are rewarded to Turkish citizens, foreigners and organizations for distinguished service, honor and pride in contribution to the emerge of Turkish State through generous action, self-sacrifice, achievement or merit at home or abroad.   • Soldiers who excel in the work of the Armed Forces at home and abroad in all fields, who increase the prestige of the union and are beneficial to national interests, and who perform their duties at a superior level by working with renunciation and self-sacrifice compared to their peers.
  • To lieutenant generals and vice-admirals that are promoted to the rank of general or admiral.
  • To those who have excelled in the development and strengthening of the Armed Forces.

No. 454127 July 1967Awarded to those who show great skill in the achievement of the tasks assigned to them or who are successful in various tasks, who ensure the development of friendly relations between the Turkish Armed Forces and the armed forces of which they are members, and to those who bring nations closer to each other.

The Order of Osmanieh was a civil and military decoration of the Ottoman Empire.

The Imtiyaz Medal / Imtiaz Medal was an Ottoman military decoration, instituted in 1882. It was presented in two classes, gold and silver. The gold medal was the highest Ottoman military decoration for gallantry. When awarded during World War I, the medal was worn with a clasp in the same type of metal as the medal. The clasp depicted crossed sabers, with the date 1333 (1915).

Ferhat Pehlivan is a Turkish amateur boxer competing in the light-flyweight division. The 1.68 m tall boxer at 49 kg (108 lb) was a member of the Karnet S.K. in Akçaabat, Trabzon before he transferred to Fenerbahçe Boxing. He is coached by Altar Kalkışım. He is a student at the Atatürk University in Erzurum.

Abdülkadir Köroğlu is a Turkish amateur boxer competing in the welterweight division. He is a native of Trabzon, where he is coached by Nazım Dalkıran.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Liakat Medal</span> Award

The Liakat Medal translated as "Medal of Merit," was a decoration of the Ottoman Empire established in 1890. It could be awarded in two classes, gold or silver. The medal was a common military decoration of the late Ottoman Empire, through the end of the First World War. The medal could also be awarded to civilians for general merit to society. In 1905, women were allowed to receive the medal for charitable work, and other civilian merit. The medal measured 25 mm in diameter came in both gold and silver classes. It was suspended from a red ribbon with narrow green side stripes. During World War I a clasp of two crossed swords was attached to the ribbon with the date AH 1333 (1915) inscribed upon them.

State Medal of Distinguished Service is one of the three civil state decorations of Turkey. The medal was established on October 24, 1983 with the Law on Medals and Orders, Act No. 2933. It is rewarded to Turkish citizens, foreigners and organizations for distinguished service in contribution to the emerge of Turkish State through generous action, self-sacrifice, accomplishment or merit at home or abroad.

Elif Jale Yeşilırmak, née Yulia Guramievna Rekvava, is a former Russian-Turkish female wrestler. She is the first woman wrestler to represent Turkey at the Olympics. She is a member of Trakya Birlikspor.

Bekir Özlü is an Olympian Georgian-born Turkish judoka competing in the 60 kg division. The 1.62 m tall sportsman is a member of Kocaeli BB Kağıt SK. Bekir Ozlu née Betkil Shukvani was born in Georgia but changed to Turkey in 2015. For Georgia he won European medals U17 and U20 and silver at the Senior European in 2011 in Istanbul. He won the European team title with Georgia in 2007. He won World Cups since 2011 and the Grand Slam of Rio in 2012. Ozlu won gold at the European Open in Minsk in 2017. He captured a bronze medal at the Grand Prix in Zagreb in 2017. Ozlu took gold at the Grand Prix The Hague in 2017.

The Iftikhar Sanayi Medal is a medal granted by the Ottoman Empire. It was first granted by Sultan Abdulhamid II. The medal features the emblem on the front side and on the obverse side has two branches leaving a blank space for the awardee's name to be engraved. The medal is made of gold or silver.

Hatice Duman is a Turkish female para table tennis player of class 3 and Paralympian. She is a native of Balıkesir, Turkey.

Öznur Cüre is a Turkish Paralympian archer competing in the women's compound bow W2 event.
