Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) is a state network of PBS member television stations and NPR member radio stations serving the U.S. state of Georgia. It is operated by the Georgia Public Telecommunications Commission, an agency of the Georgia state government which holds the licenses for most of the PBS and NPR member stations licensed in the state. The broadcast signals of the nine television stations and 19 radio stations cover almost all of the state, as well as parts of Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
WSB-TV is a television station in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, affiliated with ABC. It is the flagship television property of locally based Cox Media Group, which has owned the station since its inception, and is sister to radio stations WSB, WSBB-FM (95.5), WSRV, WSB-FM (98.5) and WALR-FM (104.1). The stations share studios at the WSB Television and Radio Group building on West Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta; WSB-TV's transmitter is located on the border of the city's Poncey-Highland and Old Fourth Ward neighborhoods.

The office is located with WPXA-TV next to Six Flags White Water on Cobb Parkway in Marietta, and it uses a wireless studio/transmitter link.
WIRE-CD, virtual and UHF digital channel 33, is a low-power, Class A television station licensed to Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Its analog broadcast range reached into the inner suburbs. Previously an MTV2 affiliate, programming since digital conversion now consists entirely of infomercials. As WIRE-LP, like most over-the-air MTV2 network affiliates, it was an affiliate of The Box until that network's acquisition by Viacom in 2001. Owned by Viacom, MTV2 is one of the few cable networks that can be seen over the air.
WPXA-TV is a television station licensed to Rome, Georgia, United States, broadcasting the Ion Television network to the Atlanta area. The station is owned and operated by the Ion Media subsidiary of the E. W. Scripps Company, and maintains offices on North Cobb Parkway in Marietta; its transmitter is located on Bear Mountain, near the Cherokee–Bartow county line. Despite Rome being WPXA-TV's city of license, the station maintains no physical presence there.

WGPB FM 97.7 is a public radio station in Rome, Georgia. It is part of the Georgia Public Broadcasting radio network, a state network which in turn is a member of National Public Radio, Public Radio Exchange, and American Public Media. Unlike most stations on the GPB network, WGPB does not completely simulcast with the network. WGPB also produces its own programs. The studios are located at Georgia Highlands College's Heritage Hall campus in downtown Rome, from which locally produced programming originates. The station began broadcasting as WGPB at 5 AM on June 30, 2006.

On Cable, this station is available only in standard definition on Charter Spectrum channel 210, and Comcast Xfinity channel 15. It is one of the few LPTV stations in the country to be seen on satellite TV, as it is part of DirecTV's local lineup. The city of license is Atlanta, but the very directional antenna is aimed northwest and west from the North Druid Hills area, also covering most of Cobb County. It goes as far as Roswell in the north, Marietta to the northwest, and Lithia Springs to the west.
