Ifasina II is a rural municipality located in the Vatomandry district of the Atsinanana region of eastern Madagascar.

This town is situated on the eastern coast of Madagascar, in the southern part of Atsinanana, [1] on the Sakanila river. [2]

The Köppen climate type is Af Tropical Rainforest.

In 2001, Bird Life International assessed avifauna of 112 species of which 67 species are exclusively endemic to Madagascar.
