Navana Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh with Navana Limited, one of its flagship companies, being the exclusive distributor of Toyota cars since 1964.
Mustapha Khalid Palash is a Bangladeshi architect. He is considered one of the leading contemporary architects of Bangladesh. He is also an artist, multi instrumentalist-singer and painter. He is the editor of quarterly DOT: Journal on Art & Architecture, one of the prominent architecture magazines of Bangladesh.
The Dhaka Metro Rail, or simply the Dhaka Metro, is a mass rapid transit system serving Dhaka, the capital and largest city of Bangladesh. It is owned and operated by the Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL). Together with the under construction Dhaka BRT, proposed Dhaka Subway and Dhaka suburban circular rail, it is expected to reduce traffic congestion in the city. The metro rail network has five planned lines which are the MRT Line 6, the only operational line, MRT Line 1 and MRT line 5, which are under construction, and MRT Line 2 and MRT Line 4, which are in the planning stages. It is part of the Strategic Transport Plan outlined by the Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA).
Bashundhara Group is a Bangladeshi conglomerate and one of the largest manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. It was incorporated in 1987 as a real estate company under the name East West Property Development Ltd (EWPD). After its first project turned out to be successful, the company grew quickly. It presently owns more than 50 major concerns throughout Bangladesh. The company's import-export turnover was $1.12 billion or BDT 111.38 billion in the 2022-23 fiscal year. In the 2018 fiscal year, the company's real estate holdings amounted to BDT 50,000 crores, or $4.6 billion.
Sena Kalyan Bhaban is a 20-storied commercial building located at 195, Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka on an area of 1.35 bighas of land. Previously, on the same space there was a rest house for ex-armed forces personnel. The foundation stone of the 21-storied Sena Kalyan Bhaban was laid in April 1982. Construction was completed in August 1990. The total floor space of the building is 321,000 sq. ft. and the rentable space is 213,239 sq. ft. It is a building for the Sena Kalyan Sangstha.
Janata Bank Tower is a high-rise office building located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located in Motijheel, the central business district of the metropolis. It rises to a height of 77.18 metres (253.2 ft) and has 24 floors. It houses the headquarters of Janata Bank, the premier financial institution of the country. Bangladesh Bank Building is one of the earliest high-rises that the city constructed. Built in 1985, it is one of the tallest buildings in Bangladesh. Currently, it is the nation's 37th tallest building. This 24-storey Head office building of Janata Bank at Motijheel was built by Concord Group.
Bangladesh Shilpa Bank Bhaban is a tall high-rise located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located in Motijheel, the central business district of the metropolis. It rises up to a height of 71 metres (233 ft) and comprises a total of 22 floors. It houses the headquarters of Bangladesh Shilpa Bank, the premier financial institution of the country. Bangladesh Shilpa Bank Bhaban is currently the 13th tallest building in Dhaka which is constructed by Concord Engineers and Construction Limited, a concern of Concord Group.
Navana Tower is a high-rise located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is located in Gulshan, one of the central business districts of the metropolis. It rises up to a height of 74.07 m (243 ft) and has 23 floors. Navana Tower is the nineteenth tallest high-rise in Dhaka.
Borak Tower is a commercial skyscraper complex in Dhaka, Bangladesh that is one of the tallest completed buildings in the country. The tower is located at Pantha Path in Dhaka. Construction was completed and the towers were inaugurated in 2013.
The Legacy Tower is an under-construction supertall skyscraper in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The skyscraper is a part of Bangabandhu tri-tower: alongside 71-floors Liberation Tower and 52-floors Language Tower and the centerpiece of US$12 billion central business district development project in Purbachal. The 111-floors tower will rise 468 m (1,535 ft) tall.
Mohammad Foyez Ullah is a Bangladeshi architect. He is the founder and principal architect of Volumezero Limited, and was the co-founder of Vistaara Architects. He started his career as an educator and taught as an assistant professor at the Department of Architecture, BUET from 1994 until 1998.
Rupayan City, is Bangladesh's first mega gated community project located in Sector 12, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka by Rupayan Group.
