The Chocavento Tower is a high-rise office building located in the San Isidro district of Lima, Peru, built in 2001. At a height of 107 meters, is the third highest building in Peru, surpassed by the "Centro Civico de Lima" at 109 meters, the "Westin Libertador Hotel" at 120 meters and the "Banco Continental (BBVA) Building" at 132 meters. The Chocavento building has 25 storeys above ground and five below ground. Its construction cost US$15.3 million.
Torre del Café, also known as Edificio del Café, is a 36-storey high-rise commercial office skyscraper in the city municipality of Medellín, Colombia. Although the starting date of its construction is unknown, the Torre del Café was completed in 1975. Torre del Café is 160 metres (520 ft) high. Torre del Café has 36 floors, with a roof height of 520 feet (160 m), making it the second-tallest skyscraper in Medellín after the 175-metre-high (574 ft) skyscraper, the Torre Coltejer, and the tenth-tallest in Colombia.

The Interbank Building is a building located in the neighbourhood of Santa Catalina, La Victoria District, Lima. It serves as the main headquarters of Interbank, a Peruvian financial entity and was inaugurated in February 2001. It is located at the intersection of Luis Bedoya Reyes and Javier Prado Este avenues. It has a total construction area of 45,300 m2 and a maximum height of 88 metres.
