The 2012 Big 12 Conference football season was the 17th season for the Big 12, as part of the 2012 NCAA Division I FBS football season. It was also the first season in the Big 12 for TCU and West Virginia, replacing Texas A&M and Missouri, as they both moved to the Southeastern Conference.

He is the Executive Director of Student-Athlete and Staff Development at the University of Arkansas, a position he assumed in 2019. The 2012 Valero Alamo Bowl, the 20th edition of the game, was a postseason college football bowl game between the Texas Longhorns and the Oregon State Beavers at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, held on December 29, 2012 at 5:45 p.m. CST and was broadcast on ESPN. The game was the final contest of the 2012 NCAA Division I-Football Bowl Subdivision football season for both teams, and ended in a 31–27 victory for Texas. The 2013 Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl was an American college football bowl game that was played on December 28, 2013 at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Arizona. The 25th annual Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl featured the Michigan Wolverines of the Big Ten Conference and the Kansas State Wildcats of the Big 12 Conference. The game was telecast at 8:15 p.m. MST on ESPN. It is one of the 2013–14 bowl games that concluded the 2013 FBS football season. The game was sponsored by the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant franchise.

The 2016 Lamar Cardinals football team represented Lamar University in the 2016 NCAA Division I FCS football season. It was the 61st edition of the Liberty Bowl, and one of the 2019–20 bowl games concluding the 2019 FBS football season. The 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season will be the 154th season of college football in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at its highest level of competition, the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). The regular season will begin on August 26 and end on December 9. The postseason will begin on December 15, and, aside from any all-star games that are scheduled, end on January 8, 2024, with the College Football Playoff National Championship at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. This will be the tenth and final season of using the four team College Football Playoff (CFP) system, with the bracket expansion set for 12 teams for the 2024 season.
