This list of expressways in the Philippines is currently composed of ten controlled-access highways that connects Metro Manila to the provinces located in north and south Luzon. While not all expressways are interconnected, there is a plan to connect all expressways to form the Philippine expressway network. [1]
Since 2020, all expressways in Luzon have been connected to at least one other expressway.

The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), signed as E2 of the Philippine expressway network and R-3 of the Metro Manila arterial road network, is a controlled-access highway that connects Metro Manila to the provinces in the Calabarzon, Mimaropa and Bicol Region on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. The expressway has a length of 49.56 km, traveling from its northern terminus at the Magallanes Interchange in Makati to its southern terminus at Santo Tomas, Batangas, connecting it to the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road. A portion of the expressway from the Magallanes Interchange to the Calamba Exit is part of Asian Highway 26 of the Asian highway network. It will be the longest expressway in the Philippines starting with the completion of Toll Road 4, surpassing the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).
Mega Manila is a megalopolis on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. There are varying definitions of the megalopolis, but it is generally seen as encompassing the administrative regions of Central Luzon, Calabarzon, and Metro Manila. On some occasions, the administrative region of Mimaropa is also included.

The MacArthur Highway, officially the Manila North Road, is a 684.855-kilometer (425.549 mi), two-to-six lane, national primary highway and tertiary highway in Luzon, Philippines, connecting Caloocan in Metro Manila to Aparri in Cagayan at the north. It is the second longest road in the Philippines, after Pan-Philippine Highway. It is primarily known as MacArthur Highway in segments from Caloocan to Urdaneta, Pangasinan, although it is also applied up to Ilocos Sur, and likewise called as Manila North Road for the entire length.
Radial Road 8, more commonly referred to as R-8, is a network of roads and bridges that altogether form the eighth radial road of Manila in the Philippines. It runs north-south through northern Metro Manila linking the City of Manila with Quezon City, Caloocan, and Valenzuela into the northern provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Pangasinan, and La Union. The portion of R-8 between Guiguinto and Balintawak is also designated a component of the Pan-Philippine Highway network (AH26). It also has a spur segment in Quirino Highway from NLEX to its junction with R-7 at Commonwealth Avenue, both in Quezon City.
Radial Road 3 (R-3), informally known as the R-3 Road, is a network of roads and bridges that all together form the third arterial road of Metro Manila in the Philippines. Spanning some 96.32 kilometers (59.85 mi), it connects the cities and municipalities of Batangas, Biñan, Cabuyao, Calamba, Ibaan, Lipa, Makati, Malvar, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Pasay, San Jose, San Pedro, Santa Rosa, Santo Tomas, Taguig, and Tanauan in Batangas, Laguna, and Metro Manila.
