YARSI has five faculties and nine departments/schools. All have been accredited BAN-PT except from the Department of Library and Information Science (D3) and Psychology Health Sciences which are still in the process of accreditation.

The Dentistry Studies Program has been operating since November 2012, with the number of students of the first batch of 42 persons. The Dentistry Studies Program is part of the Faculty of Medicine. The results of the accreditation of the BAN-PT, Faculty of Medicine, University YARSI rated "A". The staff of the Dentistry Studies program has 16 lecturers with the qualifications of the Professor of Periodonsia, three PhD (two Community Dentistry and Oral Biology / orthodontist), eight doctors Dental Specialists (two Oral Medicine Dental Specialist, two Conservative Dental Specialist, two Prosthodontist, one Orthodontist, one Oral Surgeon) and four Senior Dentists with the educational qualification of Sustainable Dentistry.
The Dentistry Studies program is equipped with twelve tutorial rooms, dental lab, lecture hall, auditorium, free wifi, digital library, journal subscriptions free online from EBSCOhost, a collection of books for dentistry, and others to support dental education.

The University of Medical Sciences and Technology (UMST) is a co-educational mainly medical oriented college in Khartoum, Sudan. The mission of UMST is to serve the educational needs of Sudanese, African and Arab students. It is located in the Riyad district of Khartoum. It first opened its doors in 1995 with a student body of only forty students and two faculties. In 2017 it had become home to 5,000-6,000 students and costs US$15,000 for the school of medicine in 2018. The university has 14 faculties. In 2014 the University stated that 60% of its students were foreign.
Trisakti University is Indonesia's largest private university located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Trisakti University, is the only private university in Indonesia which was established by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. AirlanggaUniversity is the second-oldest university in Indonesia and also a public university located in Surabaya, East Java. Despite being officially established by Indonesian Government Regulation in 1954, Universitas Airlangga was first founded in 1948 as a distant branch of the University of Indonesia, with roots dating back to 1913. It started with a medical school and a school of dentistry. Now Universitas Airlangga hosts 16 faculties with more than 35,000 students and 1,570 faculty members. Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (also known as "Atma Jaya University" or "Atma Jaya"; Indonesian: Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya or abbreviated as Unika Atma Jaya) is an institute of higher learning in Jakarta, Indonesia, which was founded by Atma Jaya Foundation on 1 June 1960. Hasanuddin University which is abbreviated as Unhas, is one of the largest autonomous universities in Indonesia. It is located in Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Unhas was established on September 10, 1956, and named after Sultan Hasanuddin, a former King of the Gowa Kingdom.

The Krida Wacana Christian University is a private university in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was founded on January 20, 1967, as Universitas Kristen Djaja. UKRIDA was founded in 1967 under the GKI Synod of West Java.
