<span class="mw-page-title-main">Indonesian National Armed Forces</span> Combined military forces of Indonesia

The Indonesian National Armed Forces are the military forces of the Republic of Indonesia. It consists of the Army (TNI-AD), Navy (TNI-AL), and Air Force (TNI-AU). The President of Indonesia is the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces. As of 2023, it comprises approximately 400,000 military personnel including the Indonesian Marine Corps, which is a branch of the Navy.

Orders and decorations conferred to military personnel of the Singapore Armed Forces in Singapore, listed by order of precedence:

General of the army, was the highest rank of the Indonesian Army. Within the Indonesian Armed Forces ranking system, it was the equivalent of admiral of the fleet and marshal of the air force. Those ranks were honorary and did not provide additional authority or responsibility.

General (Ret.) Gatot Nurmantyo is a retired Indonesian Army general who was commander (Panglima) of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) from 8 July 2015 until 8 December 2017. Previously, he was the 30th Army Chief of Staff from 25 July 2014 after being appointed by President Yudhoyono to replace General Budiman. From 2013 to 2014, he was Commander of Army Strategic Command (Kostrad), replacing Lieutenant General Muhammad Munir.

He is the son of former Indonesian president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, more commonly known as SBY.
