Dane G. Hansen Scout Reservation, often called Camp Hansen, is the Coronado Area Council's summer Scout camp, located two miles south-southwest of Kirwin, Kansas. The coordinates are 39°38′23″N99°08′32″W / 39.63972°N 99.14222°W , and it is a part of the Kirwin National Wildlife Refuge.
The Coronado Area Council operates a leadership program, the Tribe of Golden the Eagle at Camp Hansen. The program was inspired by the Pony Express Council and Heart of America Council's Tribe of Mic-O-Say. Membership is indicated by the wearing of replica eagle claws, with the number of claws and the paint on the tips of the claws indicating rank within the tribe.

The Kidi Kidsh Lodge is the Coronado Area Council lodge in the Order of the Arrow, the national Boy Scout honor society.

The Tribe of Mic-O-Say is an honor society used by two local councils of the Boy Scouts of America, Heart of America Council and Pony Express Council; it is not a program of the National Council of the BSA. Mic-O-Say's ceremonies, customs, and traditions are loosely based on the folklore of the American Indian. Both councils use both the Tribe of Mic-O-Say and the Order of the Arrow.
Minsi Trails Council is a council of the Boy Scouts of America that serves Scouts of eastern Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley and Pocono regions as well as parts of western New Jersey. The council serves five counties in Pennsylvania: Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Carbon, Luzerne, and Warren county in New Jersey.
The Central Florida Council serves Boy Scouts in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Brevard, Volusia and Flagler Counties in Florida. Its headquarters was previously located in Orlando, Florida and is currently located in Apopka, Florida, just north of Orlando. Its primary Scout camp is Camp La-No-Che in Paisley, Florida, adjacent to the Ocala National Forest.

Heart of America Council serves Scouts in Missouri and Kansas. This council was formed on July 1, 1974 with the merger of the former Kansas City Area and Kaw Councils.
The Greater New York Councils (GNYC) is a local council of the Boy Scouts of America that serves the New York City area. GNYC has a unique organization in that it is sub-divided into borough councils, each of which is led by a borough executive. The borough councils are then divided into districts. Over five million young people have experienced Scouting through GNYC, since the council's inception in the 1920s.
Mississippi Valley Council is headquartered in Quincy, Illinois, and is served by Black Hawk Lodge, Order of the Arrow. This council serves Scouts in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa. In 1994, Saukee Area Council merged with Southeastern Iowa Council to form Mississippi Valley Council. The Mississippi Valley Council is one of 22 local Scouting councils in Illinois.
The Pushmataha Area Council is part of the Boy Scouts of America. It renders service to Scout units in ten counties of North Mississippi, providing skills training and character development to boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 18. The council also serves boys and girls between the ages of 14 and 21 through Venturing Crews and Explorer posts.
